The staff was fantastic and brunch was excellent and reasonably priced. I think the mattress could have been a little more comfortable. It wasreally firm. This is a new hospital that was built on the university property that offers clean rooms and excellent accommodations.

Room temperature was a little warm, but opening window helped. Location was easy to get to and enjoyable since we are University of Delaware graduates, staff was professional, hotel and room was clean.

Very clean, I loved the shoe shinner right at my room door. Hot water in sink didn't get hot. Very clean, large rooms, bed very comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Clean, modern, comfortable, well furnished, convenient. My 11 oclock departure back to the outside world. Parking is right out front. Local U of Delaware campus was off for Thanksgiving so the town was very quiet. The hotel was fully staffed adn quite attentive with all features pool, restaurant etc operating. Rate was fantastic.

Very friendly staff, easy check in & out, good room for $. Music in courtyard till 10 pm, about 13 min off highway. Staff was super nice, plenty of restaurants in area, room was good size & clean.

Great breakfast buffet, nice adjoining rooms. Should've had a refrigerator and air conditioner cover fell off and scared the heck out of us! Exiting the hotel was extremely inconvenient! Had to drive all the way around the U of DE campus to get out. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. We tried to conserve water but the housekeeper removed our towels (that were hanging to dry) daily.

Spacious, well appointed room, very helpful and friendly staff, lobby area was very relaxing. The laboratory/sink area was to small with no room for personal items. This is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms, lobby area and patio with very nice. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Plan to stay there again when I return to the area.

Great location good stores close by. Need to add some other meats for breakfast that are not pork. Very pleased with the overall experience of this hotel. Rooms very modern and the refrigerator is an added plus, Great variety with the restaurant dinner menu.

It is across the street from my daughter's apt. No restaurant. New, clean, nicely appointed hotel. Courteous, professional staff.
