we were in town for an event at the ZMax Dragway. the room was quiet and cool when we checked in and the shower felt wonderful. breakfast was great the next morning.

Convienient to get to from highway 77. I have no complaints about this hotel.

I went to Charlotte with my husband and son for a housewarming. All we needed was a hotel that provided breakfast and the Marriott came through and then some. Loved the pool. Service was courteous and fast. Room was quite comfortable. They do have restaurants within walking distance.

The over all stay was excellent. However, the matterest on the bed was over sized based on the frame. Consequently, when sitting on the edge of the bed you could fall off, due to the lack of support.

This is an extremely clean, well-laid out hotel. The bed linens were changed everyday and the desk staff were always very friendly and helpful!

It was conveniently located near the outdoor pavilion and the interstate. It was very clean and everyone was helpful and pleasant. The pool was a nice treat on a 100 degree day. I will stay there again next time I'm in Charlotte.

It was near the amphitheater where we attended a concert. I expected a mini fridge in our room and wanted a provided breakfast. It would have been helpful if the hotel staff let us know that traffic gets bad and we should leave an hour early.

The availability of services both in the hotel and the surrounding area. Nice, clean hotel, good location, friendly staff. Only down side was the housekeeping staff cleaned the room well but left things like a 1/2 full wine glass sitting on nightstand for 3 days.

The front desk clerk exceeded my expectations. Room not clean - found socks, lighter and clothes hanger under chair. The desk clerk I spoke to on the phone before traveling to Charlotte was wonderful. He had information on UNCC for my daughter. The housekeeping staff was polar opposite. We had a no smoking room and I found a lighter, a clothes hanger and men's socks under the chair when I moved it. The hanger was in plain site. The window seal was dusty and had a peanut on it. This was not what I expected from a Courtyard by Marriott.The hotel manager did offer us breakfast but we were already packed and handing in the room key.

This hotel was very convenient to restaurants, shops for good shopping. This was a very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff.

Great location. Staff and room was excellent. Temperature in hallways was very cold. This was an excellent stay for me. I came down for a show and once I got back to my room, I was very comfortable and relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed the area. I felt very safe. My first room was an issue for me due to the location of it. I called down to the front desk to change it without any problems. One of the staff members met me to bring me the key to my new room. That was something that I didn't expect.

Very clean. Nice staff. Great location, really close to Tryon st. Nothing in room to tell you check out times, pool hours, restaurant hours etc. plus no local map. I loved it. I got such an excellent deal on my room I almost felt guilty. It was really clean, pretty, and the staff was great. The breakfast buffet is kind of expensive but I don't eat breakfast anyway. The rooms were very clean, the tub was spotless. I would deficiently stay here again.

Bed was great! Staff was not knowledgeable. I needed two beds for this trip. Called and asked for double beds. They couldn't change it from a king bed without changing the price. I was upset by this because I didn't want my son to have to sleep on the floor. What they failed to tell me that there was a couch with a pull out bed. If I would of had this information it would have been a better experience.

Clean and convenient. Overall everything was great and always like to be greeted by a friendly staff, which was the case this time. Staff went out f their way to try to be helpful.
