"I made a reservation earlier in the day. When I went to check in, they did not have a room for me. They wanted to send me to a fairfield inn. I demaned my room and got a smoking room. It was not very clean and the staff was not sorry about anything. Will not stay here again."

This is a first class hotel. One of the elevators was temporarily "out of service". It was not the hotels fault, however. This is a very nice hotel. Everything was very clean throughout. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was oomfortable, and accomadated 3 adults easily. Family visits and trips to local attractions were easily located with assistance from staff.

Friendly, attentive, andresponsive. One my first night the wind was causing a tree limb to hit the outside portion of the AC unit, kept me awake until 4:00 am. In the morning I brought to the attention of the desk clerk who said she would take care of it. When I returned to my room later that evening I looked out the window and could see that the limb had been removed.
