Great location, nice lobby, nice view of a pond with ducks. Free coffey in lobby. No complimentary breakfast. They were no comforter on the bed. The price was right. Big king size and large room. Free internet. Nice lobby with a fireplace. Nice courtyard at the back with a gazebo. Would go back again. Was very pleased with this hotel.

Nice gas fireplace in lobby with comfortable couch! Free coffee/tea and cookies! Everything was 1st class, thanks! Good location, nice rooms, comfy king size beds. Very clean, and wonderfully quiet!

The hotel was close to a medical office where we had an appointment. I was not given a final invoice when check-out time came.

The room was very spacious. The coffee kiosk in the lobby was very dirty. Conveniently located off the 400, but took a little while to find it in the maze around the 400 Interchange.

Balcony and great view Ants by the pool The room was not equipped with a microwave which would have been nice. We took a dip in the pool and hot tub which was nice. However by the pool in the cracks of the slabs, were a long line of ants crawling around so I was pretty disgusted. We advised the front desk. Lastly, we were told by the front desk that it was a buffet breakfast but they neglected to tell us that there was a cost of $14.00 per person. After my partner finished eating, the bus person requested the payment and my partner was a bit shocked, especially since the quality and variety of food was not worth the price. We would not recommend this hotel and feel this is not the star-quality as is now.

It was in a nice location. The room was not very appealing in terms of the look and decor. The hotel was nice in it's location to everything around it. The room itself was clean but we would have preferred if all rooms had a mini-fridge at minimum for customer satisfaction.

Friendly staff. Needs a bigger, newer hot tub and pool. We had a good time traveling with teens. It was close to stores and Wonderland which was the reason for our stay. We were disappointed with the pool and hot tub needs an updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
