The location is great right next to the mall and other shopping. No refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. This is a good hotel, it would be a great one if they offered at least a refrigerator in their rooms.

With all the reservations we have used, this one was the absolute quickest, they pretty much already knew who we were when we checked in. The room was great! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable! Had internet access in our room also. The staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was included with our room. Pool was clean and well maintained. The only frown was that the soda machines on all floors needed restocking, but there was a gas station close by, so that wasn't too bad. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!! Enjoy!

My daughter was bitten twice in her sleep in one of their rooms, as was my grandson and his wife in another room.

Very comfortable stay. Nothing really. This hotel is conveniently located. Its amenities were as described. This was our 2nd time staying here, and the staff was fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Quietnes of interior rooms. Wireless access very poor. Comfortable, quiet. Small store pantry for snacks. Pool open 24 hours. Convenient to major restuarants, shopping.

Great service from the staff! Hard to get from the main street. The staff was great. They gave us 3 roll away beds because we had 5 kids staying with us. Room was clean and as expected. I will recommend this facility to others who stay in Topeka!

Great location next to shopping and restaurants. We have been to other courtyards that were very large and had very beautiful lobbies. This one was very cramped and just not up to par with the others.

It was not quite what you usually get at a courtyard. You have to sit at the desk to use the internet or go to the lobby. The TV is small and outdated.

It was in a great location and was a very nice, clean hotel. Nothing. This hotel was in a wonderful location, convenient to shopping and nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very nice, and perfectly clean. This was definitely a quality hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased!

Nice location. Comfortable night of rest. Nice motel. No complimentary continental breakfast. The Courtyard By Marriott Topeka (in Topeka, KS) is a nice facility, easy to get to, clean, comfortable, offering free wireless internet and a smidge up-scale to boot. Wish they provided a complimentary continental breakfast.

I liked everything about this hotel. This was a very nice hotel. We loved the pool, hot tub and the beds were so comfortable with great pillows.

The buffet breakfast was superb. Unlike other Marriott properties (e.g. Springhill Suites) the continental breakfast was not free. It was hard to find this hotel! I knew where it was supposed to be, but when I went to the location where I expected to see it, I couldn't see it while I was driving. It is well back from the road, and one has to enter the parking lot for a shopping center to get to it. Also while the buffet breakfast was first-class, there was no sign indicating that it wasn't free - it cost me and my wife over $9 each. This was a surprise, because I had stayed the previous night in another Marriott property, Springhill Suites, that has a great - and free - buffet breakfast. Especially since free continental breakfasts are so commonly available even for some 1-star motels, I think the hotel owes it to their guests before they sit down to make it clear that they have to pay. On the plus side, there is an indoor pool (small, 5-foot depth maximum) and exercise room and the accommodations are quite comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was also conveniently located near many things. The price of the breakfast buffet was a little high for what you get. The Marriott Courtyard Topeka was very clean, beautiful. Conveniently located near many, many restaurants, the mall, shopping and the freeways. The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional and went out of their way to help in any way they could.
