Date of Stay:

Rooms were't ready at 3pm check in. There were 6 pillows on the bed and all fluffy with no support. The wall were so thin that I hear someone taking a shower at 4am and watching the news.

It was clean. While staff was friendly, they were unrelenting on changing my room type. I felt like I paid more than I should have even though I named my own price. I stayed in other, nicer facilities and paid the same amount. The location was good, but a little difficult to get to due to construction. When I checked in, I asked to change my room to two double/queen beds. All other places I stayed had no problem changing it.

We were given first a room next to the elevator. We requested another room away from the elevator and were given a room at the opposite end of the hallway next to the stairs. We were awakened at 6 AM with people dragging and bouncing luggage down the stairs. Our room faced the interstate and a lot of road noise was heard through the windows which were poorly constructed. The worst part of all was the hard beds. Breakfast was ok but cost extra.

Great hotel. Super comfortable, convenient, safe location. Well thought out room layout. Huge bed.

The room was well decorated and nicely appointed. There was no balcony as advertised and no rate discount for not having it. Very nice - enjoyed my stay. The AC was cold and did not run continuously as it does in some hotels. You can tell it had a bit of a decorator's touch rather than just hotel decor.

New. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Beds are great, with duvets and high-quality sheets;six pillows on king-sized bed. Internet free; perfect desk for working; granite countertops;black-out curtains; plenty of electric outlets, including one on lamp next to bed for charging phone, etc; coffee is my only gripe, as it's just some off-brand, bland coffee. Not a gourmet coffee. Ask to stay on third floor, on lower floor, I could hear people above walking.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable; the staff was courteous and helpful; the indoor pool and hot tub were in a great location. I would have preferred a free continental breakfast.

Good accessibility to Interstate. The hot tub was broken and unavailable. Disappointing after a long road trip!

This hotel is okay and I'll definantely stay again. They only need to concentrate more on detail when they clean.

Wonderful room that was tastefully decorated. Spa was out of order and youmust pay for breakfast. Great hotel, but keep in mind that there is no free continental breakfast like many hotels offer.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were large and even nicer than some Marriotts that I have stayed in. The staff was great! This is a great place to stay if you are passing through on I-30 or if you have business in the area.

The hotel was great. We had a short stay but while we were there staff was very friendly. The pool was not heated would be my only complaint. Hotel was great! All the staff was wonderful. I wished I could remember names because I believe they should know we enjoyed their friendlyness.

"Everything about this hotel was very nice. Clean, comfortable, convenient."

Very clean, up to date furnishings. They were working on the feeder road in front of the hotel and it was only one way. The room was great. The staff at the front desk and breakfast room were all very friendly and polite.

"other than the smoking room being very stale.(putting a time delay spray in room would probably help the smell alot!) this was a wonderful stay the staff made you feel special and important especially the evening staff. the beds were very comfortable, slept like a baby! "

Clean and reasonable. They should provide complimentary breakfast not charge 8 bucks. It was just an ordinary breakfast. Nice andquiet friendly.

The room was clean and the accommodations comfortable. Dining close at hand too. They were short-staffed though. On a whole, this was a good experience. The staff was nice but shorthanded, and so we had to wait to check in to our room while other visitors checked right in. As we were trying to get cleaned up and changed for a wedding, this was problematic. Also, the room we were assigned to was on the bottom floor right next to the breakfast area, making it noisy early in the morning and there was also an area above our room that was a staff area, and we were woken up several times during the night.

Location, room size. Rude staff. Asked for extra towels, 2 and one-half hours later they called to ask if we wanted to come get them. I was told that the room was clean and that their was no room to transfer to.
