Overall the hotel was nice and the service was good. However if you are looking to stay in Sugar Land and close to the shopping this is not the best location. Also the pool was very small.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! There was a big conference going on & the children were not supervised & took over the entire hotel and nothing was done to handle it by staff! The staff was excellent! The hotel itself was nice but not the star level we expected!

The staff was outstanding, polite and very courteous. They did become apologetic when I raised a concern regarding my cold and very fast shower, due to the hot water pump being replaced. I was comped breakfast for my inconvience. The room was very clean, a little small and cramped, but clean and it smelled great. No evidence of any previous smokers being in this hotel. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended.

Beds are the greatest! Hallways werevery narrow. The hotel was not even half full judging by the parking lot but we were placed in a room at the end of the hallway adjacent to the guest laundry. We had water noise constantly, pipes in the wall right behind the beds. The beds were GREAT! The room was clean and all fixtures worked well.

Staff was very friendly. Room needed updating. I think it should only be 3 stars if the rooms are remodeled (very dated). I even saw a bug in my room one night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however.

Clean comfortable room and lobby, staff have an excellent attitude. I've stayed at several hotels around the US both for work and pleasure. I feel this hotel lives up to the Courtyard standard of providing a clean, comfortable, well maintained room and public areas. The hotel staff was outstanding, very attentive and had a good attitude. You could hear some of the traffic outside, since the hotel is next to highway 59, but as a light sleeper, it didn't keep me up. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are complimentary, you just have to ask at the front desk.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and courteous staff. Thin walls, convention that had a lot of children. Hard for romance. It was nice, very clean and the staff was great! Would do it again, so we can choose any of their other hotels nearby, to complete a romantic get away.

Iliked the friendliness of the front desk staff. The rooms on the higher end above faced a noisy highway. This hotel was awesome! The office staff changed my room to a floor that was very quiet and I had no more problems.

It was nice and clean. The beds were kind of small. It was a nice hotel but I didn't like the size of the beds as I have stayed in hotels with bigger beds than this one.

Very clean and accomodating. Kind of cramped. This Marriot always offers great value. The property is located directly of the main thoroughfare, and although it’s a little difficult to enter if one is unfamiliar, the location is very convenient if visiting the Sugar land area. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar is sure to satisfy your appetite and the coffee always fresh in the lobby. This hotel is a great value in convenience, comfort, and quality.

Very quick check in and a very nice room. Everything was good. Nothing I did not like. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. The check in process was quite easy and I felt I was treated like any other guest and not someone who had a special price.
