Date of Stay:

Far enough from the freeway as to be free from highway noise.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
Staff is courteous and professional, room was spotless, and everything worked. Used the laundry facility- it too was clean and in working order, No free breakfast here, though - it was almost 11.00 per person (there are restaurants nearby). Would choose this hotel again!

This Courtyard was a great find. Staff was friendly and room was very clean

Clean rooms, nice linens, sliding door to courtyard and good furniture. I would stay here again. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Very kind staff from check-in to breakfast attendant. Hot tub was very in need of service.

The hotel was very clean as well as the room. The set up of the room was very nice. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the location. Not many things right by it, it was more in a business park area.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
Location, quiet, quality of rooms. We were placed in a handicapped room. Only one small bathroom vanity, and only one mirror in the room. Great value, quiet and near 1-75.

All good. This hotel is very clean and conveniently located for business and pleasure. The staff was excellent, especially Jimmy, the young man who was working at the desk when we arrived.

Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. It fully met and exceeded our expectations. I specifically liked the amenities which included internet access, a pull out sofa bed, mini-fridge, and microwave. The housekeeping staff was above and beyond helpful, we checked in around 1100pm. and the staff made sure we had extra towels, pillows for the sofa bed and extra accessories (shampoo/lotion/soap etc). The workout facility was up to date, clean, and had sufficient variety. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly staff great facilities (ie gym, pool & spa). Much in the way of restaurant or bar. Great central location. Very friendly staff.

Room was clean and well kept. Up to date decors. The outside, physical appearance of hotel did not seem appealing. The hotel itself was presentable. The rooms and lobby was fairly attractive. The outside appearance of the hotel was not very attractive; I thought it looked like a motel when I pulled into the parking lot.

The cost of the breakfast buffet is not posted and the hostess seems to charge whatever she decides.. I am delighted to have found such a compatible, clean hotel for my overnight visits. The front desk staff has always been very courteous and helpful. I would like to see the price of the breakfast buffet posted so I know that I will pay the same thing for the same breakfast every time and not whatever the hostess thinks I should pay. I have never been charged the same price for the exact same breakfast each time I eat there. Very weird and not very business-like. The Hostess is very friendly, but not sincere.

Receptionist wasvery friendly. Supposedly non smoking/no breakfast. Location for me was great, receptionist was very nice. Disappointed that it was smoking room. Had breakfast area but at 0730 no breakfast, ran us a little late. Room was nice, but no remote for TV, trash under edge of bed, food wrappers etc.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Good rooms. TV was making annoying sound and the remote was not working. Good room. Would be better if the electronics are upgraded and in good working condition.

It was small and quiet. Can't think of anything! The staff was small, but very sweet. The vending is at the front desk. We switched to a double from a king without any problems. I wasn't able to eat there for breakfast or check out there business section. I was only there for one night, but it was nice!

Clean. Location and age of facilities clean and well kept, but obviously an older property. Clean and quiet, older facility not a good location for our purposes.

Clean and comfortable. Love the balcony, quiet and nice front entrance. This hotel was clean. The room was very comfortable. The lobby was very appealing and I will definitely stay there again. Actually, I have stayed there several times.
Date of Stay:

The staff was friendly. The room was very small, breakfast was overpriced. I thought it was ok. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I have stayed at better Best Western's with bigger rooms, and free breakfast.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Comfortable beds, great balcony, super staff. Breakfast bar is not a good value. The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was not a good value.
