We were there for a high school graduation. The location was just a few blocks from the convention center. We really enjoyed the indoor spa and pool. I was surprised at the cost of the breakfast buffet, $11.95 per person so we had breakfast at Perkins next door. However we were able to get a carafe of coffee and a bowl full of creamers from the breakfast buffet and they were very nice about that. The nicest part about the hotel was the proximity to the park downtown along the river. Truly a treasure.

The location right next to the Spokane River was great. I also liked the balcony overlooking the garden area and pool. Also very helpful staff. The TV was mostly pay per view. It was an effort to find normal programming that didn't cost extra.

Excellent Hotel. Great rates, friendly staff, Hallways and rooms smell great. Great night sleep.

Peaceful and quiet. Not as near to the convention center as you would think based on the advertisement. Need to cross a highway or go down the riverbank to reach the convention center.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Too much chlorine in the pool, the maid knocked on the door at 8 am even though we had just checked in the night before. Nice rooms, nice location.

This hotel has everything for the business traveller; business center w/computer and printer to print out boarding passes, free newspapers, cookies, early breakfast available, excellent location; close to convention center, fine dining, medical centers and shopping, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Will stay here again-

Quiet, interior courtyard view & comfy beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. The interior courtyard view was peaceful. Liked having the outlets on the bed lamps - for my wife's c-pap machine; didn't have to crawl under the bed looking for an outlet!

It was close to a great walking, trail, plenty of eating/drinking establishments. No negatives.

Location. The Staff was wonderful. The rooms weren't as cozy as Marriott Hotels have usually been. I can't fault the staff in any way for this!

We enjoy staying downtown when in Spokane. The room was somewhat unclean. We really like when a hotel has a restaurant and this didn't. The buffet was kind of expensive & not great. The hotel was OK but not quite what I expected for the money. No restaurant and the morning buffet was expensive and nothing to brag about. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. The location is great, near everything downtown.

Clean, comfortable, very convenient, right along the river and bike/walk trail. Corporate chain. Clean, comfortable, not overly fancy but very nice, everything you need.

The room was beautiful and we loved the landscaping. This was a very comfortable, clean and restful hotel. Great pillows! Beautiful grounds, wish it would have been warm enough to use them and the pool looked gorgeous.

They allow printing for free from the lobby area business center. Nothing from our experience. We were surprised by the comfort, size of room and overall pleasant feeling of this hotel. This was just perfect, lots of free parking, free internet in the room, free use of the computer and printer in the lobby, clean upgraded roomy units and friendly staff.

Good location next to the river and downtown. Desk setup was a bit awkward.

We loved how quiet the hotel was. The pool was really cold! The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Excellent bedding, staff and facilities. Breakfast buffet. Wonderful hotel. The bedding was first class, the staff was so friendly, the location was great, fantastic pool and fitness center and everything was so clean. The only thing wrong was the restaurant, if you can call it that, the breakfast buffet was terrible!

Cleanliness - quietness. Would have been nice to have a cafe on site. This hotel was clean, quiet and had friendly staff who assisted with dining options. We did not use the buffet breakfast but would have like a choice of having a snack at night.

Close to downtown but with the feeling that you are in a more secluded area.

Great location and friendly staff. Great location, friendly staff, big rooms and free internet are very nice.

Very clean, great downtown location. It is always nicer to have a full restaurant, not just breakfast. Very clean, comfortable beds. I would have stayed here even if it was at 2.5 stars. Close to downtown and right on Division Street. Close to most things. I would definitely stay again, even though the restaurant only serves breakfast.
