The hotel was good - clean accommodations and friendly, helpful staff. Orbitz had this room as a suite with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa that would accommodate my family. This not what I got when I arrived at the hotel; two queens only. The hotel gave us a roll-away for no extra charge. Buy beware: call the hotel first before finalizing your purchase. By the way, AAA did the same thing to us on this trip.

The cleaness and friendly staff plus location. The bed linen was a little too wrinkle.

Very clean and Very Safe. Easy access to all the city.

Good price/ location. Spa was not filled and working. Good quality for the price we paid pool and spa needed attention, but otherwise met all our basic needs.

Went for Panthers training camp with wife and three kids. Hotel room was very clean and nice. Pool was kept very clean. Had courtyard for kids to throw the football. Lounge was very nice. The Staff knew everything you needed to know. I would definently stay here again and I do recommend it.

Staff was awesome; southern hospitality at its best!

This hotel did not meet the 3.5 star expectations. Hotel was more of a business traveler hotel as opposed to previous 3.5 star hotels. The wrapped drinking glasses were very dirty and bathroom was small.

Room arrangement. Nothing. Marriott does a good job with their Courtyard properties and are always ahead of the curve keeping them fresh.

Air conditioner was loud.

Checked several times to inquire if I needed anything or if everything was alright. Service was excellent. Promptly helped me get on the internet. A hotel representative checked with me a couple of times to make sure everything was satisfactory or if there was anything I needed.

Blooming azaleas & gracious front desk person. Nice grounds, ask for an interior facing room, good breakfast menu. Good value.

Nothing. Dirty towels, lumpy beds, smelly bathrooms, no customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I had asked for a 2 star or lower I would have asked for one.

Convenient, clean, comfortable beds. I appreciated getting 2 queen beds and a refrigerator. I am diabetic and needed to keep my insulin refrigerated. I checked in around 9:00 pm and appreciated the quick service at the check-in desk. My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay, even though we were in the room only long enough to sleep and dress. I would stay there again when we go back for dance competition.

Very comfortable room and beds. The entrance is off the access road and not easily seen. Very nice hotel. Definitely on par with other Courtyards. A GPS will take you in a confusing way and you'll miss the entrance if you're not careful.

Close to major roads. Outdated and not very clean. Not very clean.

Excellent accommodation. Location just off a traffic circle - hard to get to. Wonderful stay due to very comfortable bed, clean orderly room with all the extras, fine TV with cable, free continental breakfast in am.

The price was right. Jacuzzi did not operate properly. Excellent value, convenient location off I-26, cordial staff.

Very comfortable beds. Hard to find entrence, passed up drive 3 times before we saw entrence in the dark. Next day, in daylight, no problem.
