Staff competence and friendship. You absolutely need to rent a car to easily move around. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere: good access to highways, but not to public transportations. Better to rent a car to go there and around.

We truly enjoyed our stay except for the beds. They were horrible. I felt like calling and asking if I could change rooms just because the beds were lumpy and made you feel like you were falling toward the center. The bathroom on the other hand was immaculate. I loved the cleanliness of the marble shower and floors - the tub must have been new. The bathroom was very large and relaxing. The room was very spacious and my family of 5 had no problem with where to sleep or bumping into each other. The only change I'd like to see is evening meals/bar in the hotel.

Impeccable service, extremely clean and comfortable - great bed! Nothing. For our one night stay, it was excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, helpful, and efficient. The shower was wonderful. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. A very pleasant stay.

The room was clean. The room was small and noisy. The room was way too small. The room was next to the elevator and across from the ice machine so it was very noisy.

The hotel itself was great. Very quite was happy with the service very easy to get to. The bed was like sleeping on a slabe of cement that was my only complaint everything else was great.

Location is great, and it was clean. We got a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. Good location but needs to be freshened up or the smole smell needs to be eliminated

very accomadating staff no restaurant on friday and saturday nights very pleasant. i left an item in my room and they held it for me until i passed through town 3 days later.

the staff is very helpful the restaurant is closed on Friday and Saturday night I always enjoy my stay at the courtyard. Even though the nearby Holiday Inn is rated higher I like the courtyard better.
