We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only complaint, which isn't a reflection on the hotel at all, is the nearest subway, Andrew Square. We were told the first night there that we probably wouldn't want to take that subway and short walk back to the hotel at night. So, to get around that, we would get off at Broadway and take a cab back to the hotel. Can't comment on the pool...our schedule was so busy with everything to take in while in Boston we didn't get to check it out. The shuttle was punctual, staff friendly, rooms extremely clean, and totally serene! We had a great time in the hotel and in the city of Boston!

Ok let me start by addressing the BIGGEST ISSUE with this hotel. Location. it is very hard to find. And don't make the mistake of thinking, "oh, not me, i'll just punch the address into my handy-dandy GPS and it will guide me right to it." Because it wont! Here is how to get there. punch 14 Allstate Rd, Dorchester, MA into your GPS.. this is a Best Buy store. Then go around behind the Best Buy and you will see it. Simple. So simple, in fact, that I don't know why they don't post it on their website. Next thing. There is free parking there, so if you are going into downton or the city you should take the subway.. you will save a load of money!!!! Parking is outragious. Not New York outrageous, but close. The hotel offers a shuttle to the closest subway station. So naturally I ask, well how do we get back? They say "you walk." Hum. If I can walk back, why can't i walk there and save the bogus $5 per head shuttle fee to the station? Simple answer: walk to the station. From the front door to the hotel "the one in the picture" just walk across the lot and that curvy one way street will take you right to Boston St. (if it had been 2 way getting to the hotel from Boston St.would be a snap) on Boston street turn left follow it up to the 3-way intersection of South Hampton, Boston, and Dorchester. You will go over the expressway. about a 3 min walk. Cross the intersection you will see Duncan Donughts. Right past that is the Subway staton. You can buy the pass there and you are on your way. The hotel itself is great. Very clean.

I wento to Boston for a quick weekend from New York. The hotel has free parking which is a big plus. The rooms are nice. Just south of downtown. The hotel is a little difficult to drive to. It is behind a shopping center and a little off the road. Be sure to get directions!! I was able to go downtown within minutes and also went to Fenway for a Red Sox's game all were within a few moments drive. This would be a great hotel for families on the weekend. But I would pay more to stay downtown if I wasn't driving. Not much to do close to the hotel in the evenings. Although there is a shopping center (Target, Best Buy, Home Depot) nearby. The center also has a few chain restaurants. The hotel is also a stop for the trolley that will take you to see the sights if you want to leave the car behind.

It was a really great place to stay and is actually better then the Courtyard Marriott that is in the theater district near The Commons. The only downside to this place is that it is a little bit of a trip out of the city on the T. But if you don't mind an extra 20 minute trip to your hotel, this is the place.

I am a 4 Seasons-kind of traveller, absolutely DREAD budget hotels and normally would never even look at a Courtyard. But the Park/Sleep/Fly deal here and other reviews (on this site ) convinced me to give this a try - am I glad I did! This is a 3-year old property with upgraded room decor. If I had not been told it was a Courtyard, I would have assumed it was a full Marriot or Hilton, so for the price, you can't beat this. You can walk to the T (about 7 minutes), and in daytime, it was absolutely fine. There is a suburban style strip mall right behind the hotel, with convenient shopping (Target, Old Navy) and dining for families (Applebees, Olive Garden). Shuttle to airport was prompt & friendly, even at 5 am (ouch!) The hotel is planning to put in a full service restaurant soon, but with the mall right behind, it's really not needed. Coffee was brewed & ready at 5 am in the lobby, very nice for us comatose parents. Cars left for travellers are locked & you take your own keys, when you come back, just call the shuttle from Logan, 15 minutes later you're on your way back to your car. A much better deal than just parking at Logan, especially if you have an early morning flight. If you are the least bit hotel-phobic, trust me, this is a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's description is misleading, which is a shame. There's no dining room, but they've a wonderful room service available from a nearby restaurant (Italian) and the ""Market Place"" on-site for cold foods. The free breakfast is tasty and NOT continental. The staff's responsive. Internet access really was high-speed and free. The room was big, spotless, with a couch and refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows too soft. A/C temperature control was superb. Pool and exercise equipment small but adequate. As a lone female traveller, I felt secure.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is about a 10-min walk from the T, which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. Free parking is a plus. It would have been nice if they have complementary breakfast.

Nothing! You lied to me. A brand new hotel in a really bad part of town (not sure what town it really was) no restaurant. Carpet fumes so bad it hurt my nose and lungs. This was not what you promised me!
