Big beds, very clean. The ethernet internet connection was rather slow. It was a very nice, quiet, friendly place.

Convenient location. Asked to change to a King and they declined, although the hotel was virtually empty. Also, I would've expected more comfortable bedding.

Very clean, spacious, well appointed room and bathroom. The Courtyard in Southpark is extremely well maintained and has a brand new appearance in every respect. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not to the point of being annoying or overdoing it. In room internet access, wireless in lobby, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fitness center and more.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our goals. We were close to the mall and other shopping areas. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean the entire time we were there. Check-in and Check-out took less than 5 minutes each which was excellent!

Coffee available in lobby. Desk clerk on the telephone while people waiting. The hotel is just three stories high, with entrances spread around the building. The rooms are well laid-out and the beds are comfortable. They sell beer in the lobby!

This hotel was very quite! Loved that about it! The rooms were clean and the bed were very comfortable.! The guy at the desk the first night I stayed had attitude and was not very helpful. Wish this hotel had an indoor pool too!!! My stay overall was great! A couple things were not too cool.. Like the guy at the desk the first night wasent very helpful and the expensive breakfast was not worth it. AT ALL!!!

Convenient to area amenities, clean, comfortable room and public spaces. The hotel is just around the corner from the South Park shopping and business district. Our room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the public spaces were well kept and pleasing.

Upscale bedding - very comfortable. Cramped room. If you're looking for a very basic business traveler oriented hotel, this is a decent choice. Hotel was older, but in fairly good condition. Room was small, but functional. Old tube type TV with two volume settings - a little too low and way too loud. Located in the middle of a business district, so you have to drive a little bit to get any choices for eating. Staff was professional and courteous. A word of advice though: If you forget your razor, don’t use one of the ones from the front desk! Nearly removed my top layer of skin trying to shave the first night!

Bed was comfortable, A/C worked great. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Nice location, rooms was very comfortable, but the lack of refrigerator in the room made me have to purchase a small cooler as I like my drinks cold without ice.

Great coffee and informal meeting/business space. Daily maid service fell slightly below expectations but overall good. Very clean hotel, comfortable and in a great location. Quiet and very nice overall. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient exit doors. Small tiny beds, lack of promptness in cleaning. This hotel was substandard. We got a room with full sized beds which were barely big enough for one person. The clerk who checked us in was unfriendly and didn't program our key cards correctly, which we didn't discover till we were already on the third floor. The maids also waited until 5 PM to clean our room which was frustrating because we went out at 11 AM and came back at 2 PM to find the bed still a mess and no fresh towels. I wouldn't stay here ever again even though the location is great.
