Front desk was not very helpful. The hotel is quite a maze and we were just given map to find our room with, no other assistance. The walls and floors are very thin. You can hear every noise in the room next to you and the ceiling sounds like it's going to cave in when someone is walking in the room above your yours. Room was supposed to be non-smoking. The room reeked of smoke. In the room the bath tiles were cracked and broken. The ironing board was bent and the iron leaked water. On the bright side, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very friendly. The location is very good too. However, for the price I think we will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel was friendly and clean - and the outdoor hallways and nicely lanscaped courtyard and pool areas were very pleasant - felt like you were in Santa Fe. Saved about $100 by staying off the plaza and yet the decor and grounds still made it feel like a "southwest" experience for the kids.

Clean and comfortable room, in room Coffey as well as free coffee in the lobby each morning. Nice hotel, short drive to the Santa Fe Plaza area, the money saved on the hotel by not staying in the Plaza area far off sets the short drive to the Plaza,plus the hotel has afree shuttle to the Plaza area.

Saturday evening the fire alarm went off for 40 minutes. Bad location for tourists. Had to pay 10 more/ night because reservation was made by ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE

Nice courtyard, relaxing atmosphere. No seating in the room available, unable to work at the desk, air conditioning blowing at you. Pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff. The room are clean but lacking proper working area. The refrigerator in the room had to be fixed more than one occasion.

I was extremely please with the hotel. Wasn't sure what I would get for the price in Santa Fe; however, it was very nice. The decor is southwestern, but extremely tasteful and pleasant to sit and enjoy. The rooms are big and roomy and the beds are so comfy I could have taken one home with me. The staff was very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast is available for a price. It is what some hotels offer for free. A little disappointed with that, but the wait staff were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay there again.

The Courtyard Sante Fe has a different approch on hallways. They are all outdoors which made it a bit difficult carring a wet 5 year old from the pool to our room when it is 40 degrees outside. Good idea for a hotel located in the desert.

Good location and good price. Carpets in room filthy. Walking in socks mandatory. Hotel was average but carpet in rooms were filthy. Walking would stain feet, so, walking in socks mandatory. I was in room 184. They offered to change my room to 183, but the carpet was also filthy in that room.

Enjoyed our stay, room was always clean (housekeeping A+). Nice location -- shuttle driver was very helpful with places to see and good restaurants. will stay at the Courtyard again -- only down side -- the elevator near my room broke a few times and the ice machine on the floor did not work.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was no noise . The children enjoyed the pool and also the pool hours. There was no table and chairs or a microwave. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and we would recommend it to our family and friends. The children enjoyed the pool best of all. Thank you.

Comfortable bed and fresh baked cookie in lobby! Nothing. Very nice hotel. The staff and was friendly. I loved the fresh baked cookies in the lobby. The rooms were beautiful too! It was a wonderful experience.
