The hotel is absolutely beautfiul. The rooms are cheerful, clean, and comfy. The breakfast is very good. Nice hot tub and swimming pool. Perfect for anyone wanting a luxurious get-away vacation.

The room was clean. The terraces are a nice touch and the kids enjoyed sitting outside. The pool was large and well-maintained. We found the staff very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the resort beach access. The only thing missing from our room was the gorgeous beach view.

Convenient, friendly and professional. The curtains in the room had holes. Overall, friendly and professional. When asked for assistance, no one hesitated and were there at every turn!

We usually stay at a Sandestin Westwinds condo, but decided to try this newer property, as it has all the same amenities as the much more expensive condos. It isn't on the beach, but the drive was like 3 minutes away, and if you wanted the shuttle would pick you up. We preferred to take our own car. Tons of parking. The beach site they have access to is wonderful. It has it's own concierge, beach chair rentals, and a nice pool there. Refreshments, and a bar. It is right on the Finz restaurant property. You are treated as well as the people who have their own private beach on the Sandestin site. The Courtyard is a beautiful hotel. It is sparkling clean, has a nice little lounge, and a laundry(which I used), and they gave us free detergent. The rooms are average size, and we requested a balcony, and it overlooked the pool and the golf course, which was lovely. The beds were great, and I slept like a baby. Chocolate chip cookies served every day about 5. They also have a nice little market shop there that you can pick up snacks, drinks and many other items, all reasonably priced for a resort area. We never used the in hotel restaurant as it was a breakfast buffet and we prefer a lighter breakfast. Connected to this property, in the same complex, is a brand new grocerey store, and a wine shop, Starbucks, many restaurants(PF Changs for one), and an Applebees just about 200 steps from the hotel parking lot. There is nothing in this area to want for, including Baytown Wharf which is right behind the Marriott. Oh..and you will get a card to charge things to your room, including beach chairs, food, drinks ect. All in all I can't find one thing to complain about. Oh, and I never heard any traffic, nor did I hear any noise from other rooms. The AC was quiet as a mouse.

We visited the beach, shopping malls, and scenic drive along I-30. There is a lot to do, and the beaches are beautiful. Nice family environment.

I found this hotel to be very nice! It was very clean and the linens were very soft. We took advantage of trolly buses that brought you to and from the resort. The only negative thing I can remember was the parking. The parking was very full. We tried to park in the Applebee's parking lot which is connected to the hotel parking lot and we were told we had to move. So we had to sit in our car until someone moved. But other than that the room was very nice. After reading the other 2 reviews. As for the noise, that is most hotel rooms. You can not expect to stay in a hotel and not hear people talking/doors slamming/etc.

Free shuttle to the beach. Continental breakfast is not free. Its listed as Destine but its on the other side of the main strip which locals say is considered Sandestin. A little misleading, but still a nice area.

"My husband and I booked this hotel for our anniversary. The directions to the hotel were ALL wrong, stating it was located on Scenic 98 (almost beachfront). The room was okay, despite the fact that you could hear the children in the room next door all hours of the night. The A/C was loud and woke us up regularly. There are only two elevators, one on each side of the hotel, so it took forever to get to our room. The stay was not unpleasant; the drive into town to actually do anything, however, was."

"My husband and I made reservations here for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were very unhappy with our room. It was clean, but you could hear the tv in the room next door, people in the halls laughing all through out the night, when the A/C would come on it was so loud it would wake you. Our room was on the the side of the Main Road Highway 98, we heard loud cars and sirens all night. We would not recommed this hotel to anyone that would like a quite place to stay."

The room was absolutely spotless and there is nothing that was lacking. The fact that it was noise free was an added bonus. I liked that no animals are welcome adding to the cleanlness. The room was smoke free and it is rare that there aren't some subtle smells but this room didn't even have a hint of an odor. The value for the area was great as well. I didn't dine at the hotel but could see that the buffet breakfast looked great. I didn't use the room service but called instead to a Pizza Hut for room delivery and the service was rapid. There is free tram service to take you whereever you wanted and it was very dependable. There was a refrigerator in the room and the ice machine was never out, which is unusual for beach areas. The halls as well as lobby was spotless and desk help was great explaining what to see and do and explaining how the tram worked. I am going again within the next week or so and definitely plan to stay there again. Cable service was available also and there was a restaurant adjacent to the property.

Friendly staff. Accommodations not good. Very cramped. I understand that this is part of Sandestin Resort and you get to enjoy the amenities of the resort which I do very much. I have never had this problem before. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly, just not a 4 star facility.

This hotel was lovely and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, staff and accommodations. All of this inside Sandestin resort which gives access to other pools, the beach, dining and shopping that the shuttle will take you to. Would definitely go again!

Hotel was convenient to nearby attractions. Liked the tram service. Beach was across the street. Had to ride the tram to get there. Hotel was OK. The beach was not within walking distance but they do offer a tram service that will take you there for free.
