Description indicated that there was a sitting/living area which would have been ideal having teenagers. But it was no different than a regular hotel room with a comfy chair and a small table. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The free internet was great. The free use of computer and printer in the common area/lobby was a great perk.

The staff was VERY nice and helpful when I asked about directions to downtown Seattle.

Not wanting to spend a lot to stay in Seattle, we opted to stay in the nearby city of Bellevue. Not only did we save hundreds of dollars, but had a great experience. The staff was the most pleasant I have encountered in a long time. Our room was very comfortable and we were surprised that we had a fridge in our room! It was a nice bonus we weren't expecting. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed a dip in the hot tub after a long day of walking around the city and cooled down with a swim in the pool after.

Requests for extras (blankets, sundries) were always handled promptly and in a most courteous manner. Employees were very friendly and helpful! The place was clean and quiet, with plenty of parking. Its location (near highway, shopping, restaurants) is ideal if your visit requires you to be in the Microsoft neighborhood.

Very clean, quiet and very comfortable beds. The locationwas somewhat difficult to access.

I needed to get away for overnight, and this was a great choice. It was clean, quiet, a comfortable bed and helpful staff. I will certainly be back for another short getaway. Only one criticism: The patio door was left unlocked. I'm sure that I and my belongings would have been safe, as the courtyard was well lit.

This is pretty much a typical Courtyard hotel. The rooms are basically the same as most in the chain. The location was perfect for us. Right next to the Microsoft campus, easy access to freeway to Seattle. Easy to get to, very quiet neighborhood, beautiful trees. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was the breakfast. At times they ran out of items on the buffet and we had to go looking for someone to refill the items. Most mornings things went off well, however. I'd definitely stay there again if I were back in the Seattle area.

Our stay here was spectacular! When we first arrived with two tired hungry kids, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and the fresh cookies on the counter helped to ease the hunger for awhile.Complimetary coffee was available 24 hours a day and a little room from which you can purchase munchies. Our room was sooo comfortable and classy and extremely clean. The morning breakfast buffet was exceptional and was designed to please everyone. Again, the staff was awesome. The location is in a parklike setting and is extremely quiet. We would most definitely stay here again!

The check-in was a breeze; no waiting and extremely good. The hotel was in a remote tree lined location. The room was off the back of the property with easy access. There was very little distraction. The room could have been updated with a flat screen TV and there was a charge for bottle water. It was a lot less than hotels in the downtown Seattle area. Overall, it was a positive experience and given the opportunity I would return.

This hotel was wonderful! The room I had was on the 1st floor with a king size bed. There was a sliding glass door which opened to a small patio with a table and 2 chairs. You could also walk to the pool area from the patio. The decor of the room was quite tasteful and I found it to be very clean and to my highest satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a treed cove off the highway and it is exceedingly quiet. Also, beds are super comfortable! This hotel is in the city, but it's back off the main road in a cove of trees and nice condos. I've stayed there twice and it's in a very quiet location. Also, the beds are super comfy and everything is quite clean and neat. Employees are exceptionally kind and helpful.

Clean, quite setting. No traffic noise. You can easily here noise from adjacent rooms and hallway. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Easy access to great restaurants in Bellevue and nearby cities.

Location. Bathroom floor had hair on it previous to our visit. Great location with friendly helpful staff.

It was friendly and very nice. The staff was really helpful and I had a great stay. No continental breakfast made me sad. I didn't want to spend 11 bucks plus to eat. I didn't like the buffet style. It was a quiet, peaceful location. It had great service and the room was really nice. I was really impressed and pleased. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything. Someone's pubic hair in the supposedly clean bathroom. Overpriced for the accommodations. We were supposed to have a king size bed but it was a queen. There were pubic hairs from the previous guest on the floor in the bathroom before we even had gone in to use it. They weren't in the corner either - right out in front of the toilet where the cleaning staff should have been able to see it.

Comfortable beds and enough linens. We were booked into a "handicapped" room - which was a problem for my very tall and capable husband. When I asked politely for a change, we were denied; when I became annoyed - then, and only then, were we accommodated with a standard room.

Great location, clean rooms and great service. Need more front desk personnel. Not long waits, but just enough to notice.

It was clean and new, free parking and out of town. Had to drive to restaurants. The hotel is new, clean and in a very quiet somewhat secluded area. There was no noise at all and we were able to sleep late because of the shaded location. This was the best hotel and the best value of any of the hotels we stayed at on this trip.
