I had the option of staying in downtown Providence at a sister hotel but decided to take the short drive to Lincoln and it was well worth it. Not only was it clean and fresh, the service was great and the rooms were quite comfortable. While I felt good about the hotel once I arrived, I was feeling even better when someone else staying at a sister hotel complained about their experience.

I called prior to my stay to ask for an early checkin time. They were very accomodating. I was able to check in early and get to my destination without having to worry about running back to check into my hotel. Once at the hotel, the checkin was fast. Our room was clean and roomy. We had time to put our things down before the phone rang. It was the front desk calling to make sure everything was satisfactory. Sadly, we didn't have time to use the pool or work out room. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The Courtyard by Marriott Providence was nicely located right of the highway. The room was very nice had everything you need. My wife appreciated having an ironing board and hair dryer. Located right by a mall and only minutes from Twin Rivers Casino.

Clean work out facility. Nothing negative to report. Quiet, conveniently located, nice little touches - such as free coffee, tea, snacks, free internet - friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the office. The hotel stafff was courteous and the breakfast was great. The bar needs to learn to stay open to accomodate guests tho.

Rooms were very roomy and very comfy. I wished there was a mini fridge and microwave. Very friendly, comfortable and very accommodating. WiFi access was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints. This hotel was very typical of most Marriot hotels. Cleanliness of entire hotel is always better than other hotels of same quality. Beds are always extremely comfortable. Staff at this particular hotel was outstanding everywhere (front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff).

Friendly staff that make an effort to be helpful and welcoming. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Relatively easy access to I-295; very close to small mall with good restaurant options; friendly, interactive staff; well-equipped exercise room and large indoor pool (no lifeguard); breakfast buffet, reasonably priced with wide variety of food items; coffee, tea & hot chocolate available at all times in lounge; attractively decorated and well-maintained rooms and public spaces; free copies of USA Today and Wall Street Journal as well as Internet access in convenient location.

I liked the convenient location and the wonderful accommodations. I can't think of anything I didn't like. I will stay there again. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The Lincoln mall is in walking distance and providence airport is 20 minutes away. Pool was great. Free hi speed internet and complimentary laundry soap and softener sheets. It was great!

It was very clean, well maintained and had great ammenities. Nothing. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The business center and free high speed internet in the room were a welcomed surprise. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Continues excellent quality of Courtyard by Marriott. Breakfast is expensive, no partial breakfasts available. This hotel continues the excellent quality of Courtyard by Marriott. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting with lots of light from windows. Allowed for early check-in with a smile. Fresh coffee was always available. Room was clean, king size bed, 1st floor. Welcoming, newspapers available. Plenty of parking close by.
