Just stayed to be close to Clackamas TC for shopping and the Aquatic Park. A close weekend getaway with the kids. Perfect value for just that.

No breakfast included. Clean, friendly, very nice for the price we paid.

The service was better than I expected. The front desk agent greeted me in the lobby after I checked in to make sure everything was great in my room. Which everything was great the bed was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good and very convenient. The staff here was great and made my stay very enjoyable; I will be coming back to this hotel.

The Marriott Courtyard - Portland was easy to find. Since we arrived late it was so nice to be rushed through and treated so well by the night clerk. We found the room to be cozy and comfortable with a sofa we could both sit on, put our feet up and plan the next day. Oh! The King sized bed was so perfect. We decided we had to return so we could sleep longer in that comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast more than met our needs to start our day of excitement. After the family reunion with all the kids, a good night's rest was all we wanted. And, that is what we got. DOUBLED!!!!!

We arrived tired and ready for our room at 4:30 p.m. and were told that no rooms with two beds were cleaned yet and that it would ""probably"" be at least a half an hour and could we come back then. Check in time is 3:00. After a half hour I approached the front desk and asked if our room was ready yet. With a rude smile, she got on the phone and said that she had ""found"" us a room. Well . . . our ""room"" was right across from the noisy ice machine and next a crying baby!We will not stay here again and don't recommend the rude service to anyone.

I didn't arrive at my hotel until late at night and was starving. Luckily they had a fridge stand across from the front desk with sandwiches, salads, and drinks. Perfect for the weary and hungry traveller. The room was perfect and I was able to hook up my laptop to the provided DSL cable in my room. The bed and pillows were a dream. I slept like a baby. =)

This was our first time in Portland, OR and we didn't know what to expect. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and we had a great time here. The people are nice, the place is really clean, great views, and the beds are extremely comfortable (I haven't slept this well in a long time!). Highly recommended.

No lotion in the room and the breakfast was extra.

Location. Amenities lacking, no lotion, staff did not replenish coffee, older furnishings. Worth the Priceline. Great, easily accessible location for business or activities in Southeast Portland. Good access to variety of restaurants.

Clean, wonderful staff, andconvenient. For the second time, room directly above us was occupied by a extremely heavy footed person, who tromped around in the wee small hours. We have enjoyed each of our stays here. (With the exception of the heavy footed occupant above us the last 2 times). The staff is wonderful and are to be commended for their professional attitude and service.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, updated bedding. You could tell it was an older hotel and still could stand some more updating, especially in the bathroom area, hall ways, and lobby. Our first room was on the bottom floor and the window lock did not work at all, so for safety reason's we moved to a new room, which was actually a bit bigger and on an upper floor. The bar was completely closed down at 10:30 PM on a Friday night which was disappointing to my husband and I when we wanted to relax with a drink after a conference that did not end till 10:00 PM.

They had the keys made when I checked in. Smelly room. Dated furniture. Dirty carpet. Bad television reception. Noisy. Dated. Poor parking. Unresponsive help. Bad bed. Closer to a dirty Motel 6 than a Marriott. Very disappointed. The room stunk - literally! The furniture was old, dated and abused. The mattress was the worst I have slept in for years. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The help was unresponsive. The room was noisy.
