We had my niece's wedding to attend that same night we were pressed for time. Our original room was not what I had thought I had booked. Not a problem they upgraded us right away to a beautiful one bedroom suite at no extra charge and gave us complimentary breakfast coupons for the next morning. We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable and would stay there again for a longer period next time we are in the area. Great location close to shopping and resturants.

Beer cooler. Attitude.

good business setting-ample room to do work with the desk and small living room area.

Our room had a small balcony with two chairs. No continental breakfast. The room was great, but the staff was one of the best we have ever encountered. Check-in was a breeze, staff was cheery and helpful. Our room had a balcony with chairs to enjoy the sunrise. Unfortunately, the pool was temporarily closed (it was being shocked). The internet was wired so only one of us could connect our laptops at a time. We have been spoiled in the past, so the lack of a continental breakfast was disappointing. But the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. I can deal without the breakfast and can handle the internet situation. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Our hotel stay was very nice...no complaints at all about the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice.

Good location. Good staff. Good value. A very good location, and well situated for family reunion of three sisters and three spouses.

The Courtyard in Plymouth Meeting was not what I expected. The Check In was actually very pleasant with 3 people working the counter. I checked into my room and my first impression was that it was laid out not meeting my expectations of a Courtyard. With a sideways TV on an adjacent long desk with a sofa facing the desk it seemed like too much for a room with this amount of square feet. I could deal with this, but as I sat on the sofa and saw a bug (that I did not recognize) climbing on the wall I figured I'd kill it. When the bug hit the floor I saw a second one there and killed both. Didn't see anymore so I figured I would get a good night sleep. The next day when I returned to my room once again another bug this time on the sink near my personal items. Bottom line I don't want to see any bugs at any hotel - especially a national chain that caters to Business Travel.

Nice lobby area, looks better than expected. Only option for morning BF is to buy the buffet. Did not explain in advance. If you want to feel like you are in an expensive hotel, this one does, with a fancy lobby sitting area, but the rooms are not up to standard with no in-room refirg or microwave, and this is planned so they will get youto eat in their restaurant.

Location and friendly, accommodating staff. A bit difficult to locate at first, but actually well situated. Their staff was so friendly and helpful until that could compensate for almost any deficiency if there was one.

The bed was soft and very comfortable. The vanity light was out and the bathroom vent smelled like smoke. Nice location and nice hotel other than my room.

Attendance to maintenance easy check in and check out. Receptionist during exiting was impersonal and not very friendly. Off street parking easy for visiting and accessible to major freeway.

Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was not complementary. Beds were comfortable. We had a nice view over the courtyard. The rooms were very quiet. The towels could have been a little softer.

Clean pleasant room, all appliances worked, good hours for breakfast, good staff. Hard to find it.

Very friendly staff, clean room, jacuzzi was perfect temp. The wired internet connection in room is slow. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. They only serve breakfast at the hotel. However, it is a full breakfast menu and the food was great. On-site fitness center was small but sufficient. Jacuzzi was clean and temperature is about 103 degree. There is free, wired internet connection in the room. However, connection is slow. The connection is only good for checking email or surfing web. If you need more bandwidth than that, you must go to the hotel lobby.
