Check in and out was easy, the place seems pretty new, or at the very least newly renovated. Not a bad place to stay by any means. The price was quite reasonable, especially for the location.

Location in regards to food places. Carpet was a little dated.

In town for soccer, great location for the price. Easy directions to Pizza hut Park. Close to everything I needed. Would have liked to have had a inclusive breakfast when traviling with children... Overall nice hotel...

Good value for money. The new lobby is great. The rooms need little renovation too.

It was a very relaxing trip. We avoided the crowded pool and stuck more to the whirlpool although it was broken. The walls are kinda thin so if you are wanting to sleep in bring some ear plugs.

Loved the touch screen TV that had restaurants, maps etc. Long walk to the room. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was very happy with this hotel I got from priceline! I will definitely stay here again. Food from the Bistro was good and not too expensive.

During my stay, my time was spent with family. However, I was very disappointed to learn that the hotel did not provide ANY dining services. The lack of dining services did not make my stay comfortable, but challenging.

Convenient flight check in at lobby desk. Bathrooms a little outdated. Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable bed, good night sleep before flight. Nice shuttle.

Renovated lobby, comfortable room and nice balcony overlooking pool. Noisy, rattling air conditioner in the room.

The staff was very helpful in giving directions to restaurants and bars. Would have liked a complimentary breakfast. Enjoyed my stay, would go back.

Very clean. No problem, but the lobby is under reconstruction. The hotel is fine.

The bed was very comfortable & we had direct access to outside with our sliding doors. The water is not drinkable, the TV's are horribly overpriced to use & don't always work, the hotel was undergoing renovations which is unpleasant. The Courtyard Marriott is generally a step up from say a La Quinta, Super8, etc. but this one in particular was a joke. We couldn't drink the water as Plano has a horrible water system, which means no coffee and no glasses of water before bed. The staff will not provide fresh water unless you want to pay more than a convenience store price for a small bottle of water at their convenience store which is a stand up soda box. The hotel has the potential to be quite nice, but it's not there currently as everything is boarded up for renovations and covered in plastic.

The location was great. The bed was not comfortable. There was not a microwave or refrigerator in room. No vending machines on each floor. This hotel was in a great location. It was clean. The staff was nice. The bed however was not comfortable. There were no vending machines on the different floors. You had to go all the way to the lobby for a drink. Also there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms.

The convenience to restaurants, entertainment and freeways. Very clean and spacious rooms. Convenient to restaurants, entertainment and freeways. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Clean room and staff was helpful. The arrangement of the bed and TV. This hotel is in a nice location and clean. Would recommend it.

Clean, quiet, updated, great location. Uncomfortable bed. We were very pleased with our overall experience. The hotel itself was located directly across the street from many wonderful restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and spacious. It was a fantastic value.

The room had a balcony. The disturbing guests, slamming doors and yelling. Our room looked clean at first glance. Later, when we were settled in, I looked on the floor and there were chuncks of tobacco or something of that nature on the floor close to the wall. Also, between the air conditioner and wall were old peices of candy that someone had thrown in between there.

I liked the cleanliness and the bathroom was clean and new. The only thing I did not like is there were no LCD televisions with HD programming in any of the hotels. This hotel is nice and clean. The only complaint I can give is that it does not have any rooms with LCD televisions and HD programming. Other than that it’s good bedding is plush, bathroom is clean, and room decor is fabulous.

Location. I enjoyed it and could not beat it for the money.
