The hotel was very pleasant, clean and the room was large, modern and well equipped. We were happy to find free direct secure internet access. It was well located and the pool area was nice and stocked with towels. The Breakfast was Buffet style only, so for someone who does not eat a large breakfast, it did not seem like a good value. Would have liked to see some menu items offered at a lesser price, but there are many eateries close by. The staff was very accommodating and we would definitely stay there again.

The atmosphere. I did not feel that this was up to standard. No signs everywhere. Noise in hall, people knocking on my door. Only one friendly face behind the desk. Comforter and bed not comfortable. Did not enjoy my stay. First one ever Marriott.

Room was very clean and very comfortable and very quiet. I was very happy with the desk personnel and service. I was here with my family and it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

I like nothing about this hotel. Too high priced. Breakfast was not complimentary and we had to use regular towels or pool. We had to pay extra for TV. The staff was not very good. Sheets were not clean. Had to pay for anything extra, etc movies & breakfast. Rooms were not very clean.

Found it to be extremely nice. Nothing. The room was very nice and comfortable, great view of the pool. Spa was set-up very nicely. Could not ask for more.

Interior setting of the hotel – secure – safe - very clean. Mirror wardrobe poor design (intrudes) into small bath area. If I could, I would stay there every time I could. Convenient to my plant in Hawthorne, freeway access - breakfast was excellent and cleanliness was outstanding.

Convenient location, good price. Becoming shabby; needs a renovation. I would expect a more updated, upscale room and surroundings at a Courtyard, however, I would stay there again due to value and location.

The rooms were a very nice size, and everything was clean. We were pleasantly surprised at the size and furnishings of the room. The personnel were polite and helpful.

The hotel was newly remodeled and though a little distance from the freeway and our point of meetings, the exterior landscape was beautiful. Distance to freeway, price, had no continental breakfast. We enjoyed the hotel. It was newly renovated, interior decor was beautiful, exterior landscape was beautiful, in walking distance to shopping and eateries. Was a little farther away from the freeway than we wanted. Though the hotel did not offer a continental breakfast, they did have a hot buffet breakfast which was very good but cost $12.00. They also had cookies, coffee and apples free in the lobby. I loved the fireplace area and did eat my breakfast there also my husband did his ministry study there. There were families there with their children which was also nice.

IT was clean and moderately quiet at night. The light burned out in the bathroom and the cover fell off. After reporting this the first day, it was never replaced or fixed. The evening crew were much friendlier than the day crew. Both, however, were polite and professional. They ran out of coffee packets (regular) for the rooms, but I was able to travel to the front desk area whenever I wanted a cup. There was an episode with an overheated elevator prompting the fire alarms sounding off at night, and the fire dept responding. No fire was detected, thankfully. Everything was clean with exception to the glasses and coffee cups in the room. The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped. My bathroom light burned out and the cover popped off. I called the first night I was there but no one ever showed up to fix it.

The lobby was very warm and inviting. The availability of internet access was great. The in room TV internet was very disappointing. The lobby area was very warm and inviting with a separate fireplace area to visit with others in your party or just relax and read. The only problem was with the TV internet not responding well and the need to wait for those using the only available terminal in the lobby. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent bed. Not enough staff working at breakfast. Very nice. Excellent value.

I like the location as it is peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping needs training how to make up a bed. The room was poorly tended to. Most other rooms have water bottles set in the room this one did not for 3 days. The bed came unraveling after my kid lay down on it, the sheet and under sheet too curled up and bunched up in the middle. This happened twice, The first and the third night. The second night must have bin a trained person on duty. The coffee sweetener packet was not replaced. I asked if they would cash my out of town check as an ATM swallowed my card, they would not let me or offered any useable help. The night clerk mixed up room keys and numbers so we had to go back and forth late at night.

Price and convenience. Unable to change the beds. Nice hotel, family friendly and good coffee.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. At first I thought it must be tempurpedic! All so clean. Beautiful lobby and fireplace. Excellent food @ breakfast buffet! Only one computer in the lobby. Had to wait in line every day for quite awhile. Only one washer/dryer. It was a joy to be there. Every aspect was clean, spacious, quiet and delightful. Check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly. The small food store next to the front desk had a wonderful variety of tempting late-night snacks. The lobby area was very inviting, with the fireplace, the big screen TV, the ultra-comfy lounging chairs, and the soothing music. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the servers were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, roomy, excellent blackout curtains, and even the pullout sofa was comfortable (amazing!) all-in-all it was one of the nicest hotels of this level we have ever stayed in, and at the end of each long hot day of tournament baseball, we couldn't wait to come "home" to the courtyard. we even passed up a team dinner at a fancy restaurant, so we could just go back to the hotel and enjoy our room and watch TV on the super-comfy beds. At the end of our stay, there was a small discrepancy with a bottled water charge, and the desk clerk removed the $2.50 charge immediately with no hassle. Those are the small things that keep you coming back. we were not familiar with courtyard before this trip, but are now staunch fans, and will definitely use them again in the future!

Rooms were very nicely furnished. The excess noise. I had a corner room right near the stairs and was unable to sleep comfortably with the stair door opening and shutting closed every few minutes till about 2am. I was itchy through the night and found many bug bites all over my legs. (I hope they were just bug bites). I was not satisfied with my stay.

Quality for price. Hard to find. This was a very good experience other than it was very difficult to locate this property.

The grounds are green and relaxing. Internet service not dependable. Love the location. The staff was very professional. The breakfast is great, as always. I will be back next trip.

The soft beds. They would only give me a room with a pull out bed. The front desk told me he could not give me two beds.
