Extremely thin walls so the very noisey partyers next door were quite loud until 4am! Plus most of the tv stations were not available as stated in room brochure. And as we were in the room watching tv, a commercial came on advertising Free wifi at the exact hotel we were in. Which wasn't true.

Central location. The value was not there. The hotel was full, it was Memorial Day weekend. Having stayed at the Embassy Suites in La Quinta the week before. The star rating of 3 was over rated. Embassy includes breakfast. Marriott makes it clear this isnot included and will charge $12. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it had ants in the bathroom and desk area. The room is dated and needs to be upgraded to be a 3 star.

Staff was extra friendly and accommodating. View was spectacular, room quality was excellent, and bed was top notch. No restaurant, plain and simple, that is literally the only thing this was lacking. From the time we walked in the lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. The business center was fantastic for us to work. The room view of the mountains was spectacular. The pool was beautifully landscaped, plenty of seating, towels, all perfect. The beds to die for. Clean and just top of the line everything. Parking was a breeze. In room internet was accessible, but easier to use the business center. And all staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. I highly recommend this hotel of anyone staying in Palm Springs. I would not normally stay at a Courtyard because I like to work, have my meal at my hotel if I need to, but they do not have restaurants. This place more than made up for that.

Great location, relatively new and spacious rooms. Nothing. I would recommend this hotel , the Marriott Courtyard to any of my traveling friends , nice reception/lobby and well appointed rooms with all the amenities of a quality room including balconies overlooking the pool.

We both loved the bed! The mattress was superb! Odd placement of the television. I have a lot of allergies and smells can make me sick. This hotel and our room was completely smell free! No smoking anywhere on this property and that's something that I loved. I usually travel with an air freshner for the smells in most hotel rooms but, I didn't even take it out of my bag for this stay.

I liked the courtyard area and it was nice that our room was easily accesible to it. The price of the breakfast... it was a little overpriced.

The pool area, close to attractions, clean andspacious room. Breakfast cost $12.95. Great king size bed, couch and small outdoor balcony off of room.

Location. I have larger hand towels than they give you for bath towels. Clean, few amenities, puny bath towels, no hand lotion, but a great location. Have stayed at better with lower star.

Amazing location. Beautifully landscaped grounds. Friendly staff. Great patio with view of pool. Clean, spacious room. Hotel staff very friendly. I loved sitting on the patio with a view of the pool.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The coffee bar closed too early. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. It was an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The room was large, well furnished, clean and functional. Room only had sheer curtains no drapes. The Marriott Courtyard in Palm Springs has a very helpful and pleasant staff with a convenient location close to dining, shopping and the convention centerer. The rooms are clean, well furnished, with complimentary internet; very good for a business traveler. The aesthetics are pleasant but not impressive. The parking is ample and complimentary.

Location was good, just a few (big) blocks from downtown. The cost. It's a Courtyard by Marriott. Consistently good, nationwide.

The bed was the perfect size and not facing another room's wall. There were not a late check out option. The location is convenient to everywhere you want to go in Palm Springs. The king sized bed was so comfortable with a lot of wonderfully soft pillows. The staff was friendly and the spa was gloriously warm.
