Close to lake Powell. The bath towels look like the one in motel 6 use, not white, dingy look and very thin. They can not give me a refund for the difference. Hotel price for the restaurant meal are very high.

Very clean and quite. Nice ambiance. Comfy beds. Would definitely return again, especially in spring/fall. (Summers are too hot!) Bathroom fan is noisy, but turn the light off and the fan is off and thus no problem. For breakfast try McDonalds near the new Wal-Mart about a mile south on 89, no fast food in downtown Page.

An excellent hotel with an excellent location completely wasted by the attitude of the management. They would drop dead before wasting a dollar on guests. Very bad experience. Not expected from a Marriott.

Great location and very clean. Resturant was OK Service slow and food less than avg. Very clean and well located for Lake Powell activities. Disappointed in the resturant.

Excellent facility overall. Front desk very helpful with restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Convenient and clean. Dining room service for breakfast was terrible. Good.

It was very comfortable and picturesque, surrounded by a golf course but with easy access to town and activities. Great place to stay in Page - best views and certainly the nicest.

Location and general appearance. Mattress was uncomfortable and old. The bed was not comfortable. Only one waffle maker for the entire restaurant for breakfast.

Good for the price, very well located for those traveling the Mid West. The beds were very uncomfortable. Very friendly staff, well located and clean.

Nice lobby. Room sliding doors had no screen - meaning we had to close it an breath hotel air all night.

Easy access and late checkout permitted. Rooms and hallways could be neater, furniture outdated. If you prefer easy access and some basic room to stay this is a no frills no nonsense hotel accommodation. If you expect Marriot brand facilities you will be disappointed.

The location. Front desk ladies were not friendly, nor were they hospitable. I have stayed at Marriott before this was the worst. Customer service was bad and the mattress was horrible.

Good location. Small balcony- poor cell phone reception no matter where you went- no wireless. Overall nice hotel.

Great location. Great views. For the price and value of this deal. I can not say anything bad about this hotel. I saved over 40% on a three night stay.

The bedding was soft. The heater/air vent turned on/off frequently. Annoying. This hotel was ok. A little disappointing for a Marriott. The air came on and off frequently during the night and was hard to sleep. The bedding was softer than most hotels, so that was nice.

I loved the bed. Wish I could take it home. Nothing. It was clean, enjoyable; I would stay there again when we go.

The hotel had a nice courtyard and room was large. Room did not have a very good view. Hotel provided very few toiletries. Skin lotion would have been greatly appreciated. Towels were not picked up in pool area. I would stay there again at the price I got it for. Very few toiletries were provided for 3 star rating. The pool area needed attention. Location was good but the breakfast buffet was not very good. I would not recommend the buffet.

The hotel decor was very nice since it was decorated in a southwestern motif. The double beds in the rooms. They really should have queen size beds. Our bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel property is very nice and has a great pool. We shared a room for one night with my husband's parents. They do only have double beds instead of queens if you get two beds in your room. Our bed leaned to one side very heavily, so I had to hang on to the edge of the bed to keep from rolling over onto my husband. My husband actually slept part of the night in a chair since the bed was so uncomfortable. That was really the only downfall to the room. The rooms are large, so I can't understand why they don't have two queens in the rooms. You would think a Marriott property would have better amenities. The gym is O.K., but the temperature in there was more like a sauna. It was very uncomfortable.

Clean grounds, halls, rooms, bathrooms, smelled fresh, crisp linens, feather pillows (the best!), helpful staff. Previous times we have stayed there, some of the staff were somewhat helpful. This time each encounter was excellent.

Clean, feather pillows, high quality sheets, good mattress, accommodating, helpful staff, well kept grounds, apples at front desk, good price. A visit last year, someone stole a whole batch of beach towels from the laundry room. This hotel is clean, the non smoking rooms are really non smoking smelling the rooms smelled fresh, the linens were crisp, the beds made up nicely. The bathrooms are larger than most, plenty of lighting in room. In room movies would be nice, nothing above PG13 rooms are quiet, halls private. It is family friendly.
