Close to all disney parks.

Good location. Insects and bugs inside the room. Restaurant is open only for breakfast. Very close to Walt Disney Gate. Lots of restaurant around. Affordable for guest with families. Suites have a small fridge and small sink which can be use to warm food and make sandwiches not for cooking. Parking is free and has free shuttle to the Disney parks. Bathroom can use some remodeling.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accomadating. The hotel was centrally located to Disney World along with many food choices in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with children!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Florida in contemplation of a home purchase. Hotel was packaged with air and car by our travel agent. The location was great - just a few blocks from I-4 and near lots of restaurants. We were in a standard room for one night and then we were "upgraded" to a suite because they were about to start renovations. The upgrade put us pool-front but sadly, the suite was infested with beetles and waterbugs. We killed 9 during the 3 night stay and were unable to catch 3 others that scurried away. Also, the beds need to be upgraded, my wife and I sank into a depression in the middle of the mattress each night. We've always loved Courtyard Marriott hotels, but this one fell short of our standards.

My family came to Florida to visit all the theme parks. The hotel was in the best location to everything imagineable. There was shopping outlets, lots of places to eat. So very close to the theme parks. Hotel was very clean. The only problem was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that my stay was excellent. I would recommend and stay there again.

We had a lovely time at this hotel, contrary to some of the other reviews. The management was very friendly, upon showing our Marriot card at check-in we were even given a complementary breakfast, the beds were comfortable, and room was very clean.

This is a great hotel. Great location, great price. Very clean. Maid service excellent. Huge breakfast buffett for a good price (and half price for kids 12 and under). Very friendly staff. Just wish a had a bigger bed for me and my husband (double is small when you are used to a king). Very close to a ton of restaurants and stores and of course, Disney. You are just in your room to sleep when you are in Disney, so this is a great place for that. Nothing fancy, but Courtyard's are always a sure bet.

there must have been some miscommunication between the hotel and online travel web site .I booked a king showed up to a double. After some lenghty discussion with hotel's front desk person who informed me that online travel website has never visited the hotel so she did not understand how they could be discribing rooms.-i finally talked my way into a king. But i might have been better off with double cause i got some king stuck in some corner with a noisy air condition and the cheapest hotel room i had ever seen. Could not be upgraded to the room online travel web site promised because the hotel was fully booked. Descriptionon web page does not match the hotel at all. It was my birthday the weekend we stayed there-after seeing the room it was not a good start to my birthday. Thank God my husband and toddler was there to cheer me up. By the way did not see a kiddies pool. Carpet was so dingy i did not want my son to play on it nor even walk on it without shoes and socks. Worst hotel experience ever.

We had an awesome time here! The rooms were VERY comfortable - GREAT BEDS! The breakfast was fast and delicious! One of the best things about his place is the LOCATION! You are close to Disney and also close to restaurants, I-4, shopping, etc. We will definitely stay here again! GREAT HOTEL for the price!

My only issue with this stay was that my room was near the elevator and you could hear it going up and down if the air conditioning wasn't running constantly.

Loved our patio and easy access to pool and play area! Room carpet made our feet dirty, probably because of the patio but it should be steam cleaned regularly! I loved this place! I'm a single mom with a two year old and we had an amazing time here. The staff helped me load and unload for Disney every day and I felt at home letting my daughter play in the grass just off our patio. So easy to get to shops, do laundry and just enjoy the pool and grounds with my child. will be back!

We just returned from 5 nights at this location and found it a great place for our home base while at the parks. The kids enjoyed the pool and the service was fine. We will definitely consider this property again when travelling to Orlando. Having read the description I expected to have a mini kitchen but the staff was quick to deliver a fridge which we required for medication.

While there, I got excellent rests and practiced with my bike for '09 Ironman Florida 70.3! Just @ 6 miles from the Event. Excellent location!

Clean rooms with very friendly staff. No free breakfast. Great swimming pool. All the amenities needed for traveling with kids/family. Very close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping.

This hotel was in a very good location. Close to Disney world, Sea world and also to all kinds restaurents. I wish they could have included free breakfast that will save time and money. Apart from that everything was very nice. I will recommend anybody to stay there.

Suites met my family needs and close to Disney World. Heated pool was cold. The room was small and didn't have a fridge or microwave. The heated pool was shockingly cold.

the courtyard orlando at lake buena vista is on an area where distances to parks and amenities are in a short drive range. there were a lot of restuarants around. the hotel was clean as well as its rooms and hall areas. hotel staff were very corteous. with kids around the facilities for internet were ok but few, most of the time the room was crowded and for that lacked of privacy for business people who do not carry laptops on vacations like me. excellent choice for anyone, very compoetive in price.
