The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The rooms were very clean. The location was very good. The outlet mall was easily accessable from the hotel by a back road. If you did not want to pay for the hotel breakfast you could just drive down the street and there were many resturants available. I would gladly stay at this location again on my way through Nashville.

Loved the pool and exercise room. This room, needed a floor lamp behind the chair so I could read and not have a bedside light shinning in my husbands sleeping face.

Lobby staff always friendly and willing to help. Location close to Opryland, shopping, movies, food. Felt homey and safe. Beds were wonderful.

The hotel was close to every thing yet out of the main congested areas . We really liked the balcony. Very clean and quiet. It was all we needed. No one was at the front desk when I went to check out, but in a few they showed up. The hotel was great I have stayed at other hotel in the area and this was right up at the top.

This was the fourth Courtyard we had stayed in on our way up and back to Chicago from Atlanta. By far, the most disappointing. The rooms need updating; very small and higher in price than some of the others. Staff was great, but hotel needs work.

I understand the room was recently remodeled and it was gorgeous. I had a coffee maker in my room but no pot. I guess you have to request one at the desk. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful when inquiring about local restaurants and venues.

Front desk clerks very personable and friendly. Gave us great advice on restaurants. Carpet worn in the bathroom area. Decorated very pretty for the x-mas holiday. Very convenient to mall and attractions. Desk clerks genuinely friendly and helpful. King size bed was very clean and comfortable.

The sink/mirror outside the bath area. Since the bathroom was so roomy, it could use a counter to set things on. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We missed not having a refrigerator but there was an ice machine on each floor.

Friendly staff. No continental breakfast provided. Hotel was great specifically because of the front desk staff. We also noticed how soft and clean the bed sheets were and the bath towels. This is something of a rarity these days. We would come Marriott again in the future.

Pool and hot tub. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Our backs hurt the next day! The beds are uncomfortable. Feel good when you lay down. But in the morning, your back hurts all day. 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 different beds. Everybody hurts.
