The hotel was nice and clean. But the rooms were a little too small. The bathroom didn't have a sink. The sink was outside the bathroom, not a big deal but inconvenient sometimes

It was comfortable and clean- very important! Nothing- it was excellent. Excellent locationand it wasclean and comfortable. Will definitely come back.

I got such good quality sleep; the beds were so comfy. This was my third stay at this hotel and I'm going back next June. Particularly nice in winter w/fireplace going in lobby. Fabulous breakfast buffet! Staff very professional.

"When we were at the Courtyard by Mariott, you had to pay for almost everything! We were thirsty and there was a water bottle, but it was $2.50!!!! You had to pay $10.00 for Breakfeast (even know we didn't have it) And the beds were as hard as a rock!!!!!"
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
The location is convenient. It's quiet and clean. If you're looking for a place to stay that is convenient to activities, dining, sports events, relaxation, peace and quiet, the Courtyard at the Mariott is the place you want.

Location. No wireless in the room. This hotel was a good one to stay at; but not for the price paid. No wireless in the room, and expensive restaurant. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Courteous greeting by desk staff. Our stay with you was most enjoyable and comfortable. The location proved very good for us to attend the function in a nearby town and not make a large dent in our finances. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Cheap. The one guy at the front desk. Some idiot thought that it would be a good location for a hotel, but no one will ever stumble upon this one. It sure does make it cheap for me.
Date of Stay:
February, 2008
Comfy beds, friendly staff andcomfy chairs. Bathroom light switch on outside of bathroom.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
There was no shampoo provided; there was a lot of noise from the sliding glass doors above us and they were going in and out all night. Did not get a good nights sleep because of the noise of surrounding rooms. Sink area was tiny. Did not enjoy this hotel.
Date of Stay:
November, 2006
I really enjoyed my stay, it was welcoming. Noting but good things to say.

Easy to go too quiet, beautiful décor; restful. Nothing. As above.

Near my parents and stores - but quite - off the main road. WhenI turned on the heat, it smelled like something was burning and i had to turn it off.

It is convenient. It has nice rooms and is priced right. The breakfast service closed an hour earlier than stated.

Clean, calm and well managed garden. Just it would have been great if staff at hotel lobby would be nicer. It was nice, clean, and quite hotel.
Date of Stay:
July, 2005
Nice location for our family; easily accessible The hotel should begin to invest in a better maintenance program. The hotel is in a nice location with easy access to US1 and I95. The grounds are well kept and the service staff is good. The rooms are neat and clean, however the hotel could use some investments in updating the rooms.
Date of Stay:

price, gym pool was not working Relatively good location. This was not my first location choice but it ended up working out ok. I had made the reservation the same day that I checked in and there were no issues with my reservation.
Date of Stay:
April, 2005
Clean towels were brought to us , without asking for them. Our room had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I think the breakfast menue price should be more a la carte in pricing. It's very expensive for a larger family at about $10.pp. Very pretty drive in to the hotel with trees, grass and a wide driveway.Very accommodating, friendly staff. Very clean.
