We went to Oklahoma City to watch REO Speedwagon concert. When the concert was over, all we could think about was getting some sleep. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Thumbs up.

It was clean and convenient to our travel. The hotel staff was not helpful. This was a very nice hotel. Very clean, nice rooms. Upon arrival I asked that our king bed room be changed to a two double bed room. I was told that since it was a room they could not make any changes. The hotel was not at all full and they could have made the switch. I have had it done many times.

This is an older Courtyard and couold use some updating. Rooms were small but clean. TV is a miniscule 19", and they could do a lot better. Property is overall clean and we felt safe although it is not in the best area of town. The breakfast, if you can get it included with your stay was good and had a good variety of choice. It is 10.95 a person, so if it isn't including in your room rate, I would go elsewhere for breakfast. The main problem we had is that we had two rooms booked. The morning of our stay my son became ill and was unable to go, so I got on the internet and changed the reservation from 2 rooms to 1. When we got to the hotel at 3pm, they still showed two rooms, but the girl at the desk said she would cancel the other one. Well, both rooms got billed to the credit card. I called and they have promised to take the second room off, as I have verification that the second room was canceled by internet. I would think twice about staying here again. If the rates were cheap enough I would, but if I had to pay full price, I would go to the Hyatt Place next door that is brand new and much larger nicer rooms.

We hung out by the pool for a little while, even though it was small and wasn't outside it still helped us relax. We went to Bricktown and the front desk was very helpful in giving us directions to Bricktown and where ever else we asked. If we ever needed something, they were quick to help us out. The complimentary coffee in the morning was like icing on the cake, was very nice to leave with.

I did not like anything about this hotel. Beds are hard. Pillows are not pillows. Filled with some faux cotton/not soft at all. 3 Star/Upscale is untrue. Hotel is clean, not near much. Beds are hard. Pillows have some faux cotton. It takes 5 pillows to make it feel like one.

The bed was very comfortable and the curtains blocked out the light in the morning. The doors were slamming in the morning and it was very noisy. I enjoyed this hotel. It was a little worn, but very nice. The location was close to the mall and several eating places. It was a nice getaway for my husband and me.

I liked the lady at the front desk the night we got there. She was perfect. Extremely helpful and friendly. Slick tile in the swimming area. Hotel looked old inside. AC was pathetic. This hotel is in need of being revamped. Also, an $11.00 per person breakfast! Complimentary coffee ends at 10:00 am, as if nobody would like a cup any other time of day. My little boy slipped in the pool area, fell back and hit his head hard on the solid floor. I was extremely upset about having the hotel having slick tile floor in a wet area!

Hotel was clean and the staff was very heplful. The indoor pool was very cold. The staff said that it had just been refilled. Overall a good expereince. The only dining was breakfast only (buffet style). However there are many restaurants nearby.

Pleasant and helpful registration clerk. No bar, no dining room, overpriced breakfast buffet. A nice hotel but the absence of a bar and dining room seems really odd for a hotel of this size. It definitely detracted from our stay.

Friendly, clean, great location. I liked this hotel because of it's cleanliness, it's location are good. The staff was super nice & helpful. They recommended a pizza place & it was great!
