Loved the room layout and design. The bathroom too. The room needs a mirror outside the bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised and thought the room design was top notch. The room did not seem like an ordinary motel room. More like an art deco upscale hotel room. A very nice touch; we will attempt to stay at your place whenever we visit Louisville.

Great location, excellent fitness room. Unsupervised children in the fitness room. This was a very pleasant stay. Nice, quiet room, comfortable bed, good light for reading and working, friendly staff, very clean.

Plenty of pillows and hot water. The food at the breakfast buffet was not as fresh as it could be. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, there were plenty of amenities available. Bed was extremely comfortable! Walls were thin - you could hear the neighbors talking, even in regular conversational voices. This hotel is quite nice for a Marriott Courtyard. I think it might be a little cheap, construction wise. The walls were thin so the plumbing was noisy and you could hear everything in the adjacent rooms.

It was near shops, restaurants, a movie theater and highways were close by (good for travel, noise wasn't an issue). The sound on the TV was messed up, super loud or soft whisper were you only options. Great location, the staff was very friendly. We were not disturbed in the night, room was clean and spacious. A mini fridge would have been nice.

Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good exercise room. The room was cramped when the couch was pulled out into a bed. Nice hotel with a comfortable queen bed. We had fun in the pool and exercise room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed. Rude,unaccomodating front desk staff. Pretty much clueless. If If you want to be able to use a luggage cart, do not go to this facility. There were only 4 cars parked in the entire lot when I attempted to check in 15 minutes too early. There were others attempting to check in as well. Evidently every room was dirty and they have a huge cleaning staff that manages to clean them all in just 15 minutes. I found that extremely hard to believe. We were all told to wait in the lobby or come back later in 15 minutes.

Convenient location and very clean. Soundproof was bad. Water drain from upper floor was so noisy enough to wake me up at night. Hotel is clean and staff is kind. But sound proof is not good and not recommendable to other people.

Awsome and ready to serve staff. Clean. Needs soundproofing. Rooms are not well sound proof at all. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The shopping close by was great. The grounds were nice. Staff is awesome. Everything I needed was there or at my finger tips. A simple adjustment in the bathroom caused me to receive a free breakfast for two. The curtsy take out snack for the road back was very thoughtful.
