Date of Stay: May, 2009

Checked in very late at night after a long day. We were surprised to find that the room had not been cleaned. The clerk found us another room, but did not apologize - just handed me the new key and said "its on the 3rd floor." we had to get up and back to the airport very early and this extra hassle was not appreciated. Also, the lobby was full of drunk people in bathing suits. I think they ought not to allow half or quarter dressed wet people to sit on the furniture there! Overall, disappointed with what has usually been a pretty good brand for us.

Very pleasant room. Temperpedic mattresses, lots of pillows, nice desk options. Breakfast food options good. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Facility located just off the interstate and a main road, but easily accessible to the New Circle Road which gets you everywhere in a reasonable time.

We did not use any of the facilties or spend much time at the hotel, since we were visiting with family in the area. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, but the curtains on the widows were pretty badly soiled. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable.

The nice room for the money. Being treated like criminals for getting in the open pool building (quietly). We stayed at this hotel while working at a Bluegrass Festival at the Kentucky Horse Park. Complete with a porch for each room (great for us smokers). We were disappointed to find that the pool/Jacuzzi closed at 11:00 pm each night, since we never made it home from the festival before 2:00 am. On Saturday we saw the pool was still open, and we called the desk to tell them we were going down for a few minutes. The clerk decided that a few minutes was more than he could stand, waited until we got down to the Jacuzzi, and then came to throw us out. We are talking about quiet respectful adults here. No loud kids.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here when we came to visit the University of Kentucky. Everything was real nice. The front desk people were very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. Tempurepetic beds are very comfortable. Rooms were clean, need to vaccum a little more under dust ruffle of beds - a little dusty there. Overall very good experience. Will definately stay there again. Japanese resturant next door is great, too.

I really liked this hotel. I was visiting my daughter at U.K., and while it was a little far away from her, the price of the room, and the really comfortable nights sleep were worth it to me. I've already booked it again for my next trip. Wasn't over-the-top clean, but wasn't at all dirty either. Pleasant decor. Rooms were pretty big for a basic hotel room. Quiet location. I've stayed at the Marriott hotel right in town next to the Rupp Arena for about double the price, and this was a much better deal and room.

This Hotel were very comfortable , the room is one of the cleanest that I see ever.Specially the bathroom [CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE PEOPLE THAT CLEANS THEM ] The location is very easy for people that does not know the area or tourists . Also is very near EVERYTHING.

This hotel as a large breakfast buffet for $10, the rooms were clean and there was free internet. This hotel was a little outside Lexington and so walking to a restaurant close by will not happen. The rooms were clean and quiet with free internet. It has an outdoor pool and a workout area.

The Courtyard by Marriott was a great place to spend a weekend. If you're headed to a UK event, this would be a great place to stay.

Price. No outdoor pool. It could have been a bit more updated, the staff could have been friendlier, and the not having an outdoor pool was bad because we have two older girls that like to sunbathe and so do I.

We were traveling for a graduate school interview for our daughter at University of Kentucky. It was very easy to get to for the Nursing School. Our only disappointment that there was not a contental breakfast that came with the room. We felt it was a bit steep for breakfast for $9.95. Centrally located.

This hotel was a great stop for the kids on a holiday weekend with a central courtyard for all to enjoy. A balcony overlooking this area allowed the kids to mingle and the parents to keep an eye on things. The queen beds were just the ticket after a previous noght in double beds.

The temperated bedding was awesome. I didn't want to leave. Didn't have a microwave or fridge. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very convenient to restaurants and major routes. Easy access.
