Beautiful surroundings, unfortunately lots of construction going on around building and hard to get to. But, of course, that will be taken care of in the future. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. It was not clean, the air conditioner was broken, the pool was closed, the room was not nice. They rooms in this hotel were not nice at all, they were not clean, had a funny smell to them, and the air conditioning didn't work. It was worse then stay in in a 40 dollar 1 star motel. The pool was closed. We were unable to sleep because it was so uncomfortable and could not wait for morning to get out of there. I did not shower or allow my daughter to take a bath out of fear because it was so dirty.

I will never stay at this property again. I stayed here a year or so ago and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything about it has gone WAY down hill. New management needed very badly. The only good experience was the woman working the front desk in the middle of the night during the week. She was very friendly and willing to help us.

The front desk staff were very friendly, as well as the lounge and dinning staff.I found my room with no hotel information, I was not aware that they had room service until after I had been there 3 days...nor did I know where to find the ice machine.Housekeeping needs to be trained on how to clean..my room was pretty nasty, andhad many unwanted guests (BUGS)..I will not stay at this hotel or any other Marriott..ANYWHERE

We left the hotel for a school reunion so didn't stay there much but enjoyed the sun on the north deck. chairs, tables and sun umbrellas would have been helpful (tho it is still early in the season) It would have been nice to have more of a harbour view but I think that comes with paying a bit more. Access to Janzen Beach shopping Center is good for people for whom that is important. Exiting at Janzen Beach, people should know that Tomahawk Island is a delightful place with small cafes for eating by the water.

It was relativley close to major attraction.

I especially liked the location and things to do nearby. Small parking area. This hotel is located right off the highway. Its nearby the mall and I loved the gated parking area. The rooms as well as the gate has key entry. TV was not friendly, I felt like to watch anything other than news.

Great breakfast buffet. Steep entry ramp too essentially and floor lobby. The rooms felt roomy and comfortable. Internet access was fast. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious! Hotel was quiet enough for a very light sleeper. Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly and safe. None.

Good maid and room service. Room decor, price and uncomfortable bed. This hotel is okay for someone with a boat and if you have your own vehicle. Not good for those using public transportation. Rooms are not updated.

Nice outdoor area by the river, they have a nice gazebo, water fountain. Nice quite, clean, semi luxury and romantic hotel. Great for family and business trip. They have nice large garden, water fountain, gazebo by the river. My room also had a balcony overlooking the garden and river.

Easy freeway access, secure free parking. Nothing. Very nice comfortable room, easy access to freeway, malls and everything we were looking for. We would definitely stay again.

It is a nice place and host, hostess and housekeeping were nice. It is not safe to walk to the light rail but going to the airport is fine. It is nice and clean but needs to solve problems with the Metro rail. For me I do not like walking across the road to the rail.

Quiet, very comfortable mattress! No way to play a DVD. Loved this hotel! It was quiet, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I dread staying in hotels because of the terrible mattresses, but this mattress was fantastic! I would love to know what it was!

The hotel looked new and was clean and comfortable and had a balcony on the river! Thought the check-in person was a bit snooty. Excellent!

Fresh new, good parking, nice rooms, friendly staff. Hard to find first time. Nice experience. Recommend. Hard to find the first time, but worth it.

It was convenient to where I was going. The pool was out of commission and the breakfast was not included in the room fee. Rooms were clean, it was a little upsetting that the pool was not available due to some sort of repairs, also the breakfast was not included in the room fee and was a little expensive.

Located close to week end business, secure parking. We stayed there before and the staff is always pleasant to deal with.
