The breakfast was fantastic. We loved the pillows too. Nothing. The hotel suited our needs for an overnight get-a-way just fine. We did not take advantage of many of the facilities, so am unable to comment on anything other than the room. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and it was just fine.

We were wary by the reviews and pleasantly surprised with the comfort and excellent breakfast to send us on our day. Though we were assigned the Handicap room we enjoyed the shower immensely and all else was comfortable. Recommend highly.

Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing at all. Awesome.

We had a couch in the room! There were no coffee stirrers in the room.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, moderately priced. Temperature regulation in the room was difficult. This hotel met my expectations exactly (which is a rare thing). Everything was laid out for me and I never had a need to call the front desk. In fact, I never had to talk to any of the staff beyond my check-in visit to the front counter (she was very nice and pointed me to a local restaurant). Three stars all the way. Great off-season value.

It was quiet, the guests had class and I felt safe. The staff at this hotel was the most snobby and disrespectful of any staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Though the hotel was conveniently located, and low priced, the staff was snobby to say the least. I am of an upper middle class background and felt as though the staff was pompous and unwelcoming. When I called to ask questions that anyone at any other of the tens of hotels I have stayed at recently have been pleased to answer, I got a rushed and unfriendly answer and when it came time to say goodbye, the phone was abruptly hung up with nothing such.

The staff was very kind. Too hot, or too cold and could not regulate temperature. Internet connection failed. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the heating and cooling system in the room we had (1 king) was very wacky. We could not get a happy medium and the noise it made was too loud. The Breakfast should be complimentary because paying over $8.00 for continental breakfast is just wrong.

Convenient location to Newport. Terrible breakfast, desk in room made it feel business oriented, not romantic.

Easy accessibility and a very good, friendly hotel. Clean, accommodating, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff

My children loved the pool and hot tub! The hotel was clean and pleasant. The pool and hot tub were excellent.

It was a nice room with a king size bed and a couch. We enjoyed the sliding door to the parking lot, it allowed quick access. When you first check in they take your credit card and charge 40 dollars, the fee doesn't come off for 5 days, I felt that it was not customer friendly. Nice hotel, prettyandnice front desk.

It was clean and the grounds were well kept. Had to walk forever to find an ice machine and got charged $2.25 for a stupid bottle of water! This hotel was clean and great if you are on business or traveling with a family. If you want something romantic you need to go else where. Make sure you bring your own water because they will charge you an arm and a legs for some no name glorified tap water in a bottle!

Free sunday morning paper, large rooms. Further from newport than expected. This was a typical marriott hotel, clean, everyone was friendly, and nothing was noticably wrong. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. The grounds were well kept, plenty of parking, and many restaurants nearby.

Nice Room, very clean and well put together. No Mini fridge or microwave! Good place. Wasn't bothered by neighbors and I don't think they were bothered by me and my boyfriend. I'd stay here again.

I like that the hotel is clean, well priced & located near the local attractions. You always know what you are getting with a Courtyard Marriott. I love that the hotel is located just a few miles outside of the attractions in Newport, RI. It's clean, the staff was very helpful & the rooms are very comfortable. Have stayed before & would definitely stay again.

Completely smoke free. Toilets didn't have plunger. The room was very nice, the lobby was well designed and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Price. The decor was somewhat dated and not as comfortable as other Marriott's. This is not the nicest Marriott we stayed in. However it was clean and the staff was very nice.

Good breakfast & free daily newspaper deliver. Rooms could have been a little bigger. Excellent experience, lovely & helpful staff, very clean & well maintained rooms could have been a little bigger for my family of (3), and a wonderful breakfast.

Near Cliff Walk. No frig in room when told by hotel that there was one. Great for a stop when visiting Newport.
