I like the location and the condition of the building, exterior and interior, but I was bothered by a noisy sound coming out of the AC unit. It was too loud until I couldn't sleep. But overall it was a good place to stay. I stayed in rm 200. I hope they can fix the problem.

Charge too much for the breakfast. Should have been complimentary.

It was a very clean and enjoyable experience. I found the breakfast in the morning was very good. The beds were like sleeping on clouds they were so comfortable. I found all the staff helpful and knowledgable about the area.

is a good hotel but in my room there is not a security box and mini bar

We went on a shopping spree and it was nice to have a place right across the street to recuperate. I stayed at the Country Inn and suites on a different occasion this is a much nicer hotel

this hotel location and quality of service for the money was wonderful. my family of eight stayed 3 nights and will definitely stay again when visiting NJ/NY. staff/food/room/service was excellent.. location across fron the jersey mall (really nice mall) was great. the hotel is beautiful!!

The hotel was spotless and the staff was very friendly. I couldn't have imagined a more relaxing trip. With the shuttle to the airport being so convenient (one every half hour) and a delicious restaurant, I found my trip to be quite enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, the room was set up to make you feel as if you were at home and it even had a desk with cable internet in case you wanted to work (or if you want to simply relax, it has a huge television). For anyone wanting a nice stay in NJ, I would highly recommend this hotel.

New and very clean. Breakfast was too expensive. New, sharp and very nice.

I picked this hotel as I had an early flight and didn't want to stress out trying to get to the airport from Manhattan. Staff were very efficient, I had a toilet which was blocked and it was fixed by the time I returned to my room. I picked this hotel as it had Jersey Gardens across the road. The shuttle bus takes you there but did not return to pick up but it was only a 5 minute walk back. I stayed over the weekend and breakfast was included. You must try one of their omelettes, just divine. Hotel was very clean, they had a small problems with damage from a storm, hope it's all corrected now. They also have one computer with free internet acess.

The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spotless and roomy. However, the AC didn't work so the room remained pretty warm the whole night. You could hear the airplanes flying overhead pretty frequently since it's right near the airport. Other than that,it was a decent room for the price and the lobby had a nice bar and business area

The location, the cleanliness of the room. No room service. The hotel was very nice. Good location. Right off the highway. The hotel stated there was room service, but there was not a menu in the room. Also on one of the beds, there was black marks on the sheets. Overall though, my experience at the hotel was good.

Stayed in July 07 visiting NYC. Great hotel, difficult to find from freeways. Very quiet, heard no jets at Newark airport. Hotel had no water due to major watermain break , but hotel staff did their best to accommodate. Should have had a discount however as could not use tap water and lobby eating area was flooded and suffered damage. Breakfast was excellent- made to order items. Area was a bit strange, being in a bit of an industrial wasteland, but close to a great mall, Jersey Gardens. Would stay there again for sure,

The room was updated and very nice. The staff could not have been nicer. The restaurant breakfast was great (a bit pricey) but then the restaurant closed for the rest of the day. You can order in from local places - we would not recommend chinese!

We only used the hotel for one night, as I had a college reunion during the day at Kean University. It was very trafficky near the hotel, as it's right next to the airport and a large outlet mall, but that's to be expected. The staff was very friendly. I'm afraid we didn't avail ourselves of the hotel's amenities, except for the parking. We drove to Elizabeth's NJ Transit station to go into NYC for dinner and it was very convenient. There was a stained sash on the bedspread, but we pulled that off.

I stayed there for two days with my wife and two girls (1, 4 yrs). The staff was nice. The room? That was perfect. It was very clean. Our room was one king bed with foldable couch and bed. Microwave and refi were not there, but you may use micro at the lobby level. As you know, this hotel is located at very near the Newark airport. Airplanes were taking-off every 2-3 minutes. It was really noisy at the outside of hotel. We had to close our ears. However, in the hotel room, the airplane-noise was almost (80% ?) gone. Also, this hotel is located not so far from New York City. That was around 2~30 minutes driving distance. Globally, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The shuttle took us to Newark train station and the cost to New York was expense at $15.00 while other stations is only $4.00.
