The room was pleasant, but the bathroom commode was not working properly. We called that night and someone was suppose to come the following morning to handle the situation. The person came, but after the first flush the problem still remained, we couldn't use the bathroom. It took three calls for this bathroom to be fix. We were offered a different room the night before we left and the room was up above from where we were. We are older adults 60-70, and we did not want to go farther upstair. Under these circumstances we would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. When I asked could our inconvenience be adjusted in our room bill, it was said we do not do that. (No).

I liked the location . Had maintance with roof problem right next to my room. I would recommend this as a good place to stay for location and service. They had good clean rooms and a clean restaurant.

AllI have to say is this room was great and the staff. The iron didn't work got a new one when we were check in out. This hotel was overall in a great location for the graduation we were attending and parking was free however they did not give us our complimentary breakfast but the staff was great and it was nice and neat and my family was very comfortable.

Location. Access to room from sliding door facing back parking lot. Exactly what I was looking for - picking up a student at University of Maryland - much nicer & better value than the dumps on College Avenue. I'd trade the ten minute drive for quality anytime!

The staff telling me how cheep my rate was as if I was an accident. They treated me poorly. They will judge a book by it's cover and not treat all customers the same. No room service until 9am and rude staff.

Room was quiet. Vending machines werebroken. Hotel was pretty deserted and we had a long walk to reach our room. Vending machine near our room was broken and there was nowhere close to get water.

It had a mini reforge. No microwave in the room, no baggage carts readily available. It's OK, not one of my top five picks, it's close to the major beltway, but hidden away.

Clean room and amenities. Slightly dated, elevator sounds rough, and breakfast selection was poor. Decent location for business in DC tucked away off the beltway. Clean appearance and no bad smells.

Clean-Quiet. Nothing close by need to drive to eat. Decent clean hotel. Typically, in big cities there are always a few restaurants by the hotel. This one had nothing within 5 miles kind of a pain with jumping on DC Beltway. This exit is mainly for the Metro Train.

Clean and comfortable bed. No wireless, no microwave, not many food places close. Clean, and comfy but needs updating to wireless, and needs microwave, fridge was too small, spacious business center.

It was clean. Smokers, smoked despite the signs. My health was threatened when a hotel guest started smoking in the room next to mine, the smoke came through and my asthma was aggravated. The staff did nothing about the problem.

I liked the heated pool, updated appearance of the room and the business center. The hotel was in a great location convenient to public transportation (Metro) as well as major highways. Though in a suburban setting not very close to restaurants, they are easily accessible. The room had a thermostat which eliminated the need to adjust the heat all the time. The room also had free internet access and the hotel provided the Ethernet cable. It was overall great hotel.

We were very happy with the price, location, overall room cleanliness and food availability and the pool and hot tub were great. We were very satisfied with our entire visit. The location, price, food availability, the helpful staff along with the hot tub and pool helped make a memorable vacation.

Proximity to UMD and the DC area. Proximity of shopping and dining facilities. The staff was wonderful and friendly, the front desk couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again just for the staff. We had a wonderful experience.
