Had waffle maker for breakfast. Everything. The hotel just had the feeling and smell of a run down old motel.

I liked the size of the room and comfort of the bed & pillows. Would have liked a small refridgerator. In a nice location, easy to get to with many extras. Comfortable rooms and beds and very clean. Maid service is excellent as is desk service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of noise in the hallways at night. The room was clean and adequate.

Modern, upscale decoration and interiors, very friendly and efficient staff. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps were not nice at all. Well maintained, well apportioned interiors exceeded expectations for this class of hotel.

Location. Easy to get to and a Cracker Barrel across the street. Not applicable. If you want a nice place to stay right off I-80, then this place is great. It's easy off-easy on the highway and there is a Cracker Barrel Restaurant and Country Store across the street which is open from 6 am to 10 pm. The hotel had a nice restaurant too. There happened to be a wedding group staying there and also a soccer team, yet everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I like that all rooms are non smoking.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Copied my credit card for other charges. Did have any. Wouldn't give me a receipt. They keep this paperwork for a year in their file cabinet. Our stay at the hotel was wondeful. The room was good size and nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable. It was close by to our relatives for visiting. We will use this hotel again.

There was a refrigerator in the room. The hotel did not offer a free continental breakfast. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The beds, comforters, and pillows were very confortable. The hotel provides an iron and ironing board in the room.
