orbitz booked me at the wrong location, causing some difficulty at check in. Thank the hotel for making a place for me and my 3 kids. (in a handicap room, and40 more dollars per nite without the free 3 meals included in the price of the rm that the wrong location had!), So all in all it was not the besat of trips. thanks orbit! My husband enjoyed the smoking area. I enjoyed the landscaping. The bath room was clean, hair on floor and front of tub wasdirty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee in the rooms was not good but the coffee in the lobby was very welcome.

Friendly staff. Expensive breakfast. We stay here once a month while visiting a daughter in the area. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are reliably clean. Breakfast is expensive so we don't eat here.

The layout of the room was great! Did not expect refrigerator and microwave! There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. Great! The room when we opened the door smelled fresh and clean, and as we walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows! The bathroom was clean and well appointed. The elevator ride was smooth and quick. We didn't go swimming but the pool looked very nice!

Free internet access. Alarm next door buzzing from 6 am - 8am. My stay was pretty good except for the alarm going off next door every morning for 2 hours with someone checked in the room but it still was on for 2 hours for 3 mornings waking me up when I should have been asleep. The luggage trolley needed air in the tires, for the amount of things that I had to take to my vehicle it made it very difficult, but besides those two things everything went quite well.

Very clean and fresh smelling. Room service closed too early. The hotel was well kept. The air was freshly scented in the halls and there was free fresh fruit on the lobby counter. Free wireless internet in the rooms and free visitor parking. Buffet breakfast was reasonably priced. Staff was attentive and friendly. Small fridge and microwave in the room. Situated very close to the I-75.

Cleanliness, nice facilities. Great location close to the interstate. In a nice part of town with good restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean with nice furniture, TV, free internet, etc. Restaurant is a little pricey but good.

Very attractive, clean, well appointed and helpful attentive staff. It was a little far off from where my activity was located. This property is fairly new and it is in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and ready to help make any adjustment to make the stay better. I was originally given a king but when they saw we were a family of four they offered to give us 2 queens instead at no charge. This was perfect and made my experience with them very positive. They were quick to respond to other requests we had. I would stay there again without hesitation. We stayed two nights pre-cruise. It was a little far off from Port Everglades (maybe 20 miles), but still I would stay there again. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

Cleanliness, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Limited choices for dining. Although arriving very early in the morning due to delays in flights, the staff was very helpful and we had a very quick check-in. Hotel was clean and rooms were clean and had a good bed. Very glad we stayed there, although rental car is required due to distance from airport.

It was very relaxing & enoyable stay. The hotel & staff was wonderful. We had a wonderful waitress, Christina, wait on us in the hotel restaurant. She was very helpful when we asked where to find anything in the area. She made our stay very enjoyable & memorable.
