The Courtyard Memphis Germantown was in a convenient location and met our needs for a quiet overnight stay. Although they offer a breastfast menu for a charge we thought it was overpriced so we didn't eat there. The room was clean and attractive and the employees were helpful. We will consider staying there again if the occassion arises.

My family was incredibly impressed by the service of the staff at this hotel. They were friendly, accommodating, courteous, efficient and professional. Any request we had was looked into and met to the best of their abilities. The brunch was consistently excellent and was a great way to start the day.Also, the hotel was clean and welcoming. I'd stay there again with a doubt.

The newly remodeled hotel as quoted when calling to double check my reservations was very much to our liking. The room was very much what we needed and enjoyed. It was a short drive from Memphis and centraly located to areas we planned to visit.

Good location. My hotel room smelled. We arrived at our hotel room late. I was very tired. My hotel room had such a strong cleaner oder it gave me a headache. I would have asked for a different room, but my husband was so tired he would not switch.

Very nice place to go and stay over the weekend, best neighborhood in Memphis, BUT the house keeping, they will knock on your door very early so be prepared.

Location, friendly employees, hot tub. Tiny pool, breakfast not clearly defined asnot continental. Clean hotel. Nothing special about the rooms or the view. Good location. Priced well. The pool was quite small, 5 feet deep and could not fit very many people. It was filled with an entire youth baseball team the whole time it was opened.

Hotel is surrounded by a very nice residental area. Plenty of restraurants near by, and some shopping. Perfect if you're trying to stay away from the crime of downtown memphis. Staff could be a little more friendly.

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't convenient to where I was working. Hotel was clean, it was laid out very friendly, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Grounds were very well maintained and my stay overall was wonderful.

The staff went out of their way to make sure I was welcomed. I've always enjoyed Marriott properties, but on this particular occasion, this was a last minute stay at a Courtyard. Typically, I think Courtyard's are perfect for the business traveler and on this occasion, I made the right choice based on location, costand amenities.

Location on Germantown Parkway, elevator close to entrance. Only complaint was that there was no washcloths & there was 1 hand towel that had a stain on it. Called front desk & they brought up right away. Very clean. I will stay there again when I am in Memphis to visit my brother.

The pillows and the mattress were very comfortable. Four cars got broken into that night in the hotel parking lot. The location was great. We had a great sleep with great pillows and mattress. We were a little concerned when 4 cars parked in the same area of the parking lot as our car. Our car was okay. Also, my husband thought the breakfast was complimentary because there is no division between the lobby and the food.
