Convenient location. Not pet friendly. Clean, comfortable with nice staff. Just wish they allowed pets.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. Walls were to thin, could hear everthing in next room so I was not comfortable with them hearing us.. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were nice and the bed very comfortable. We were able to hear the person next door as if she was right in the room with us. I was not comfortable due to this reason.

The room was really big and comfortable. This is one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable.

Charge for local calls, mold on bathroom walls. Overall the hotel met my expectations. However a hotel of this caliber charging for local calls but allowing free wireless didn't make since. The bathroom had mold growing on the shower wall.

Location to Mayo Clinic facility in Fountain Hills was excellent. Food in restaurant was only average at best. Excellent location for those with appointments at the Mayo Clinic in Fountain Hills. Staff was very pleasant; room clean and quiet. Some beautiful desert garden paths to walk thru between it and the Mayo Clinic facility.

Location is perfect for treatment at the Mayo Clinic. There wasn't anything that I didn't like! Hotel met my expectations and the hotel staff was competent and very helpful in meeting customer expectations.

Large and clean. The refrigerator did not work and all or food nearly spoiled. Very nice except for the problems with refrigerator. They brought us another one finally and it froze the food!

It is in a quiet location, just off Shea Building. Shops are located west, about 4-5 miles. Rooms are fair size, and it is modern. The shower sink was very slow to drain. Didn't enjoy the backed up tub. Made for not so fun showers.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms were very nice. Beautiful views! Pool cool deck was coming up. It hurt our feet. The hotel was great for the price. It is just a short distance from fountain hills. Hot tub was great!

Price. Worst bed ever. Everything okay except for bed. The worst hotel bed ever and that includes a 50 cent a night flop in the 1960's. Get rid of the broken down over the hill lump.

I liked the location as it was on the edge of the city. I had requested a king size bed but didn't get it but no big deal. I thought the courtyard Marriott was a very nice hotel. The rooms were immaculate and grounds were well-minted. The area the hotel is in is quiet and very safe. I wanted to be on the edge of the city and I had some great views. It is a bit of a drive to things for the vacationer which was okay with me but probably not everyone. The hotel is next door to the mayo clinic. Overall, my experience there was excellent.

The beds were very comfortable and there was no hassle at check in or out. It was very quick. Air conditioners were a bit noisy. This hotel is clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.
