Old, dirty, maid was laying on a guests bed, no wifi, little pool, too much children, too warm in the pool, was very good hotel for 2 years ago. Now one of worst ever. breakfast not included and very expensive! Never again (was our 7th time here in 8 year)

Courtyard Orland Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village, was a great room with great amenities.

Bed was very comfortable. Lack of amenities. Hotel was OK, didn't include any amenities (such as internet and computer usage). Also did not include a shuttle to and from airport or Disney world.

Very comfortable beds, nice new rooms, friendly staff. Several good family restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was easy, staff friendly and helpful.

My family and I stayed at this hotel because it is right off of I-4 and close to Disney. You really couldn't ask for a better location. It's close to nice restaurants and an outlet mall. However, the maid service was awful. Our room was only serviced once out of the four days we were there. The maid service took the tip daily but did not refresh towels or make bed. I called the front desk twice to ask for new towels and never got them. I had to borrow towels from my friend's room on the 3rd floor. Not sure if I'd stay again if I have to beg for room service. Maybe it was just a busy weekend.

My main priority was going to the local parks in th city. But when I just stayed there for one day, i had a great time. The pool was gorgeous and myself and my sister had a great time swimming in there. the only problem that i did have was the location. I am from the city so im used to having a lot of activities surrouding me. But in florida if you dont have a car, then its hard to get around.

I've read some of the reviews and am sort of shocked because our family loved this resort. Our room was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful. We needed groceries and they got them for us with no charge to us except the tip we gave. We put our laundry in the washer & dryer. When dried they came over to the pool to tell us it was ready. It was in a cart & ready to be brought to our room. We packed our clean clothes to go home. The breakfast buffet was as good as the Disney expensive ones. We ate there a few times. My kids loved the pool with the pizza hut right there. It was like a tropical paradise. This trip I'm paying double the $ to stay at a Disney resort as a treat and I think my kids would rather stay here. All I can say is we haven't stayed at this resort in almost 4 years so maybe it's changed.

I actually had a very good experience with this hotel. The front desk on knowledgeable and accommodating. I arrived with questions and received all of the answers before I left for my room. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the Internet worked without any hiccups. I was there on business and this was my first time in Orlando or Florida so the experience was good. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a shuttle to drive in common places like the shopping malls, between other Marriott hotels and the convention center. The cabs are expensive! I spent about 300 in cab fares in the 3 days that I stayed. Overall this is a good place to stay, just rent a car. Cheers!Philly business man.

Close to all attractions in the Orlando area. Walt Disney partner hotel. Had shuttle to the park. There was a breakfast buffet, but it was expensive. Food court on site was expensive. Good overall. Close to all. Plenty of offside cheap places to eat with in walking distance.

Good - The 9 breakfast buffet was boarding on expensive, but the food and choices were awesome. The Bad - The rooms were clean and staff was friendly, the pool was so-so and always out of towels. The Ugly - The Cafe with ice cream, burgers and Pizza Hut was a joke. Poorly ran (by Marriott staff) expensive.Oh yeah, did I mention my king room resv was given away.

Great location, nice amenities and nice staff. False fire-alarm in the middle of the night and woken up at 6:45 am each day by lawnmower outside room. It was a nice hotel in a great location, but we were disappointed on our first night when at 10:00 pm the fire alarm went off and we spent the next 45 minutes outside with all the other guests. I can understand a problem happening, but the other guests said it had happened the night before also. The staff was nice about it, but didn't seem prepared to help guests through the situation or offer anything as an apology. Also, as vacationers, we were there to relax and instead were woken up both mornings by a lawn mower outside the room at 6:45 am.
