Check in was fast. Location was perfect. Room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and I had hot water. NO BUGS at this hotel.

Location and great lobby. Could not accommodate my two bed request and small tub. Clean, nice room with that great Marriott bed.

Hotel was great. I was there for a convention at the Hilton Anatole, across the street. The group rate for our rooms at the Hilton was $***night. THe Courtyard was literally across the street at $**night, including a hot buffet breakfast each morning. Since it is my own bottom-line, the group is there twice a year and I'llb e at the Courtyard each time. Rooms were great, free basic internet wireless but you could upgrade to high speed wireless for $6/day. Would recommend it.

Location next to a feature event. Medieval Times - Dallas. No available coffee all the time. No continental breakfast; even a pathetic one. I would go back and recommend this as a place to stay. It was in a good location, near EatZi's (fine food on a Sunday morning). The pool was good, with pool towels and an indoor hot tub.

"Attended 2007 Dallas International Guitar Festival. -1/2 mile walk from the Market Center venue.-This hotel was clean. -The free in room wireless internet connection.-The staff was polite and helpful when needed. -Did not try hotel restaurant, opted for the Dennys next door.-This hotel was nice, quiet and felt ""safe"", but watch out for the con-man though. He uses the busted fan belt scam."

"I stayed here one night of a Dallas mini-vacation, got a bargain rate. Location is great, breafast at $9.95 isn't out of line with comparable places. Only complaint - laundry carts blockng the hall"

The food in the restaurant was excellent so was the service. The hotel was great. Close to the Market Center, Restaurant on location, provided transportation to Market. Couldn't ask for more.

"Hotel was very nice & clean, but I was extremely disappointed with the both rooms Air Conditioning. They let us move into another room and its A/C was no better and it was only May. The resturant prices were high, the menu for room service was reasonable priced, and they add 17% for room service. But... if you eat in the dinning room, the exact menu is about $3.00 higher for the same exact menu item. It would have been cheaper to have room service.Beds were soft and this could be a very nice hotel if they would fix the A/C system in each room. "

It was staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people. The Courtyard was clean, attractive, and very comfortable, and was a pleasure to stay in. I really appreciated the courtesy shown throughout our visit.

"i have stayed in many different hotels, but this one impressed me. beds were top grade and soft with lots of pillows. very clean and great service. "

The hotel staff had great customer service. Desk had all directions to most restaurants or movies, etc. No negatives. Excellent staff, great location for downtown excursions, 1 mile from American Airlines Center, very close to West End and Deep Ellum, and malls are 10 minutes. Had a very good experience would highly recommend this hotel.
