i went on leisure and the location was great not in the middle but close and withnneasy access to all the places i wanted to go. the service could not be better, so i will say tokeep up the formidable service and you will assure guest loyalty.

I like the location, room size and cleanliness. I did not like no ice and no complimentary breakfast. This hotel met most of my needs. It was located by several restaurants and business.

Since I had grand-children, they had a ball in in the pool and weight room. The staff was excellent and I wound highly recommend this facility to friends

Room, including bath was awesome. Airplanes landing overhead very noisy. Overall very nice. Noisy planes stopped abnout p.m. Front desk staff was extremely helpful in recommending and directing to local restaurant.

the room could have been cleaner. Wasn't overly impressed w/its appearance. It was very cold that night and they did not have a blanket or comforter on the bed. Only sheets and a runner at the bottom of the bed. Also traveling w/an infant we had alot of stuff to lug up & down the stairs. I couldn't believe they didn't have an elevator. We didn't need to spend much time in the room.

It was nice to be close to the interstate and to the convention. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would suggest upgrading to something more comfy.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff. No hot water all 5 mornings, Engineer did come to my room and check it out, and the next day it was a little better, but never hot. Friendly staff, clean, convienent but not so great hot water.

Employees -very nice and helpful. The hot tub was out of order for three days. We enjoyed our stay- the cost of breakfast was to expensive.

Very friendly & helpful staff; efficient check in. Though 1 of original Courtyards, lack of elevator to my 2nd floor room required 4 to 5 trips up and down to bring my stuff in/out. I'll likely go elsewhere next trip to this area. There are many similar star level accommodations in the immediate vicinity.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The food was well prepared and the staff was efficient and helpful. There was only a king bed in the room. I was very pleased with most everything at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The pool lights were not working, which was also disappointing to our children since we did not arrive until after dark.

Front desk was rude and unhelpful and needed to use deodorant. Front desk staff. The bathroom in the handicapped room is almost impossible for a person with abilities to stand completely. The bed was horribly firm and you can hear the traffic from the interstate very clearly.
