The staff was friendly and the room was very clean! You got 5 pillows for your bed and they were VERY comfortable! Though the breakfast was not included in the price, it still was reasonable and the selection was great. Easy access to freeway and the mall. Lots of restaurants to choose from and the front desk provided a map. Got a great deal for the room and did not charge more for extra guests (3 adults, one child). Lynnwood is a great place to be as it is in the middle between Seattle and Marysville (outlett mall).

Provided continental breakfast to go due to my departure occurring prior to dinning facility opening. Would have liked dinning facility to open prior to 7:00AM for early weekend departures. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and will likely choose to stay here each time I visit the Lynnwood/Everett area. The hotel's staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I have always enjoyed my stays here.

Took a little too long at checkin since group of kids from Canada on some team were checking in ahead of us and there were not enough staff to handle it. Would like to have known such a group was coming when we were but they did put us 2 floors above them. Recently redecorated rooms were very clean, very good beds and sparkling bathrooms! Would stay again when in the area.

Hotel had a very comfortable lobby. Fireplace and T.V. in sitting area and it felt comfortable sitting there. Later, in the day they opened a beverage service in this area which was very nice after a day on our feet shopping. The breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel. Very close to a lot of great shopping.

Staff was courteous and helpful. No complimentary breakfast. Rooms very basic. For the cost of this room it is a very basic room. No complimentary breakfast offered which is so helpful with children. Beds could have been more comfortable. If I was traveling for business it would be OK but wouldn't choose again for family leisure trip.

We had to make an unexpected trip due to a death in the family, and had to make last minute reservations. The price was unbeatable and had excellant reviews, and we see why. Friendly staff, very clean and good-sized rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Great location, just down the street from the Alderwood Mall. Several restaurants within walking distance. Right off the highway. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location was great, rooms comfortable - only downfall, was that the pool was out of service. This made me very upset, because when kids are with you, they want the pool and that is why we would pay more. I felt like they should have given us a discount or something. Very frustrating.

Hotel was fine. Staff was courteous but unhelpful. The bed was RIGHT next to the elevator shaft and when I asked to be moved THREE times, there was no help. Not even the offer of earplugs. Found out from one of the staff that the manager (who did not even return my call) actually sold the only room I might have changed to. I won't stay there again. Although, I ended up getting a suite for the price of a regular room, it wasn't the deal I was looking for.

When we arrived at our destination we were concerned that the hotel may be too close to the freeway. But as we entered our room without any TV on we realized that the room was properly insulated so that not a bit of noise could be heard. We were very pleased. The room was very clean the hotel grounds were very nice and the staff was quite nice and helpful. The full breakfast was made to your staisfaction right there with the chef. We found it very good food and plenty to eat. We will be back again as our family lives up there and the hotel is centrally located for our needs.

Convenient location to the mall and freeway. Charged for local calls, billing errors on 2 different occasions w/in stay. Though this hotel is convenient to the freeways, it does not offer complimentary amenities that the local competitors do such as breakfast, free local calls. The staff did not handle billing errors sufficiently, or customer service well. I would not recommend this hotel unless in a pinch.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was not particularly extensive or well-staffed. My experience at this hotel was largely positive. The public areas and room are well-appointed and nicely maintained. The refrigerator and microwave oven in the room were helpful and appreciated. The exercise room, though small, was in good working order. I also appreciated the free internet in both the room and the lobby, along with free computer terminals for people without laptops. The hotel breakfast, which is not included in the price of the room, is adequate but nothing more.
