Easy to find! Smelled like stale or moldy carpet. Easy to find. Nice people. Convenient. Smelly. Was clean enough but smelled like moldy carpet. Kind of bad.

Just a one night stay but this is the second time in the last 4 months. This is a clean, well maintained facility with a courteous staff. Breakfast was also better than most we have experienced. I'll be back!

The room was adequate and all things in room worked. The facilities were great and the location was superb for visitors. There were no towels in the pool or exercise area and the staff was on personal calls, they did not end.

As soon as we arrived, my husband pulls down the top sheet, and yep! You guessed it! A body imprint on the mattress with complimentary body hair all over the sheet! We were given another room a few doors down. First thing we did was pull down the top sheet. You've got it by now...Yes, another body imprint in the mattress with yet more hair plus food crumbs in this one!! We left immediately. The desk clerk did say it was the first time it had happened in his 3 years, but for us, 2 times in one day is enough to never book this hotel again.

Good location, clean. Rooms were very small. Hotel was very clean, but smaller than other hotels we frequent.

Comfortable, quick check-in & great service. None. Very clean and the room was laid out very easy to get around.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The staff member on duty was extremely courteous and very helpful.

Clean & good bed. Size & odd smell. The room was somewhat small and had a weird odor on the first night. However, the bed was very comfortable and room overall was clean. The crib provided by the hotel for our small child was worn but looked clean. Overall an adequate room.

It was very clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean and quiet. The facilities were wonderful and I enjoyed my stay there very much. The staff could have been more friendly, but they were not rude. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was clean and quiet with nice facilities.

Clean, decent breakfast on premises, good bed. Tiniest room we'veever stayed in! I guess we expected a little more from the Marriott name. Cleanliness quite good, but towels/wash clothes were much less than plush. Toiletries were never renewed in our 3 night stay. Breakfast staff was very friendly & hardworking. Would try another hotel in Lubbock next time.

Clean, pleasant and professional. They did offer me a free nights stay but this is the only time in 51 years that I have stayed in Lubbock, TX. I don't expect to go back soon.

The location was great with surrounding restaurants and shopping. We arrived at 5:45 PM and had to wait on our room for another 15-20 minutes. This hotel was very convenient. The staff was friendly; the hotel lobby was inviting and very clean. Our room met our needs. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the mall is about 5 minutes down the road - very nice location and on the better side of Lubbock.

Clean and friendly. Nothing. I was exceedingly pleased with the cleanliness and the comfort. The breakfast was good and the people very friendly.

Great bed and very nice shower. No mini fridge and room lay-out was poor.

Clean and in a good location. Group partying in room above us kept us awake most of the night, staff did little to resolve problem. Would stay there again if in a up floor room.

Friendly college students working the front desk. Hotel met my needs and was properly priced. Towels wee a little like sand paper but that is what you get for that price. It was a quick in and out for me and more than met my needs. I would recommend it to any one.

Location and cleanliness. The shower and tub drained very slow. We would likely stay at this hotel if ever again in Lubbock.

It was nice. Small rooms and only one elevator.
