We stayed at this hotel for a wedding we were attending in So. California. The room was clean. Bed was way to stiff for me and pillows were way to poofy. Next time I'll bring my own. Room was big enough for 2 of us. I was surprised that they didn't have a small fridge for leftovers or breakfast snacks and drinks. Overall our stay was good. The hotel staff was friendly at check in but at checkout the girl was rude. I didnt really appreciate that. I would stay here again.

Location. No fridge. Adding a fridge would really help.

Hotel is only OK. Clean, adequate and quiet, no frills. However, we traveled for a family wedding. Got in very late (after midnight), expected to sleep in the next day and leisurely shower, dress, etc. for the 6 p.m. wedding in the afternoon. Imagine how shocked we were to find a notice telling us: "to better serve us, the water would be turned off from 12-4 p.m."! The notice indicated this was routine SCHEDULED maintenance. When I complained, there was no satisfaction or attempt to in some way compensate our extreme inconvenience. They also had no success with the hotel. When checking out, I again voiced our serious inconvenience and displeasure; this was met with minimum attention and again, no attempt to in any way compensate for it. Imagine charging over $/night and not providing water! Never again.

This was my first stay at this location. The hotel is easily seen on the north side of the San Bernardino freeway (Interstate 10). Getting from the freeway to the property was the challenge! If one approaches from the east, that is easy enough. However, I was coming from Los Angeles after dark. I got lost. Fortunately I had my cellphone with me and contacted the front desk for directions. It would have been easier had I brought a print-out of turn directions.Once there, I was rewarded with the sort of property I expect of Marriott. I had a very comfortable double queen -bedded room on the top floor (Tenth). It was quiet and I slept well. One service glitch: Next AM I found the statement of a guest from another room slipped under my door. I have no Idea what happened to my statementby turn

Nice property. The help was downright rude. The place is nice but the people who work there was downright rude and when I wanted a manager they did not have 1 on duty. My credit card wouldn't swipe so unless I provided another they were going to put us out in the street. Will never stay there again. Thought brunch was included was confused so had to pay for brunch. No help from staff. I was so mad after our stay I would never recommend Marriott to anyone ever.

The Marriott courtyard was very clean. Friendly staff. Conveniently located right off the freeway. Great business services. The restaurant/bar good. N/a Staying in this hotel was very good experience. I stayed there for two weeks on business and found the room to be clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The business services are pretty good, especially the wireless internet. The restaurant food was surprisingly good.

Near restaurants, shopping, freeways. Nothing. Our overall experience was very nice.

Great location. Convenient shopping. Some problems with the TV in the room. Clean, 2 queen beds fit very well with 2 adults and 2 kids. adequate space. Great access to high way-10. Very happy with the staying.

Very clean, modern, spacious rooms. nothing. We were very pleased about the hotel. It was very clean and modern. They had a coffee maker in the room and coffee in the lobby in the morning with large cups that we really appreciated. The traffic on the freeway is pretty busy (normal LA), but it did not take me too long to the City of Hope Hospital where I had to go the next morning and so was pretty convenient.

The beds were great and everything was cleaned daily Special events were being held regularly and parking was limited The hotel was great. It was a bit further from my seminar than I would have liked (Pasadena), especially considering the LA traffic! But overall I was quite pleased.

Very attractive hotel with very nice room. Prefer hotels with sink separate from bathroom. Very attractive hotel with nice rooms. Complimentary coffee in lobby and coffee pot in room. Exceptionally nice staff.

The staff was incompetent and rude. I don't ever want to stay there, again. The hotel is hard to fing a nd access-it is located at the very back of a huge shopping center whereby you have to fight your way through the parking lot to get there.

The restaurant and waiters were very good. Very helpful and accomodating. Rooms were horrible, they had very bad odors that were unbearable, heater did not work, had to change rooms twice and it still was bad. I was very surprised for a Marriott to be so shabby. The only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant and staff at the restaurant, they were excellent.

Nicely appointed rooms. Thin walls and a terrible front office. At check-in we stood at the front desk waiting for the four people behind the desk to quit chatting. We were not greeted or acknowledged, but was just stared at! The room walls are paper thin, and while the guests in the next room were not loud, we could hear their conversation. (2am) Don't look out the window because the view is not pleasant and you feel as though you are a posing as a target. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice, but the front office staff needs to work on their hospitality skills.
