It was great but me and my mother had trouble finding it at first. It was nice to be so close to the airport and downtown Boston. The rooms were beautiful and contemporary. I really did like it.

The new lobby will be nice when completed. The temporary lobby/front desk was covered in heavy layer of construction dust. The buffet was less than what many hotels offer as their free breakfast. Poor service and bad food, few choices. No info packet on hotel services or the area in our room. We had a fire drill, with stairwells closed off, no direction from hotel staff. Lobby full of people and not kept informed, not told when clear to return to rooms.

Our room was nice and beds were comfortable. Renovations were taking place and did not seem to be in safest part of town. Our room was nice, but the lobby was very small and didn't give a very welcome feeling. There were renovations going on at the time and I was worried about hearing the noise from our room. However we didn't hear a noise. The room was very comfortable and very nice though.

Room recently redecorated and was quite comfortable and pleasant. Minimal restaurant services due to remodeling. It might be a very good place to stay when it is remodeled, but now it is not.

The room was adequate. Renovation, restaurant closed and construction workers were walking into my room. The pricewas excessive for the accommodations. The appearance of the hotel was awful. I felt like I was walking into a shelter.

To start out the Shuttle from the airport to Hotel passed up 3 passengers for said Hotel and the Hotel had to be called twice to have it return for us to get on!!!! The shuttle was the reason for my choice besides the location for my business.Which I arrived at hotel at 12:55 A.M. and my flight arrived at 11:35 P.M. and then to be awaken by construction at 7:00 A.M the next morning. This is after being in the air for 8 hours. So I think you now realize I am very dissatisfied.

The room was modern and nice. Eating at the hotel restaurant was very odd, disorganized, long wait, not so great food. Decent accommodations but the ongoing renovations made everything feel cramped and hard to get to.

Beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. Was undergoing construction, long entrance way. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would likely stay again. There was enough space for my family of 4 to fit in one room with out being over crowded. I wish I knew that they were undergoing construction.

24 hour shuttle was fabulous. Continental breakfast was too expensive. Great location and helpful service. Shuttle was wonderful.

Price, location relative to the T and airport. Renovation and construction undergoing. Lobby and check-in a little dated and worn, but undergoing facelift. Room had been recently re-done and was clean and nice. Staff friendly. Did not use eating facilities, only slept and showered there.

The staff was very friendly. It was under construction at the time of my vacation. I was awakened every day of my vacation by hammering, drilling, and items being moved and banged below my room.

The people were very friendly. The people were not competent. I was thrilled with the price and location of this hotel at short notice. When I went to my room and saw as I entered that used towels were on the floor and the bed looked as though someone had just gotten out of it, I thought someone was still in the room. They were very nice, very quickly and put me in a room that was ready to be occupied. I followed the instructions for a wake up call at 5:00 am but I never received the call. I missed my plane, had to pay extra, had to let the rental car company put gas in the car and had to toss my toiletries in order to make the next flight with a carryon. Very stressful. Will never stay there again.

Room was very comfortable. Little to no internet connection. Extremely frustrating and made my stay unproductive. The hotel is undergoing renovation as it's becoming a Marriott later this year. No room service and restaurant menu and hours limited. I was on the tenth floor and there was little to no internet connection. Staff responded there was nothing they could do so my business suffered as a result.

inside your room is ok poor internet service, not good for carrying bussiness with the trip An inconvenient experience to stay in this hotel for five night on solo bussiness trip in the center of boston, it took me 3 hour on the way instead of focusing on my meeting. The disfunction of its internet service added another killing factor of my dislikenee. No one knew how to fix its computer problem, intolerable way for me.
