Decor in bedroom and rolling table to be used for eating or desk. No heavy blankets. I like the weight of a big blanket.

Remodeled rooms, new mattresses, very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was pricy. Good location, newly remodeled rooms, new and very comfortable mattresses, very clean. For food I might recommend eating out if you're concerned with price.

Clean room. Didn't change the room for a king size bed, didn't include breakfast, staff in front desk was not friendly. Laredo TX is the city of the bad service, I have stayed at several hotels there and there is no one of them that I have had a good experience and this is not the exception, they did not include continental breakfast for us and they did not want to change the room for a king size bed room, anyway, the overall service in the whole city of Laredo is a mess from the restaurants to the hotels, perhaps the Hispanic people there that are born as Americans, feel that they are superior from Hispanic tourist or I don't know, they look pretty much Hispanic people but they don't speak well neither English nor Spanish, so there is a serious lack of education in this city, what a shame!

They did try to please. Smoke in no smoking rooms. Few problems with smoked up room, AC was working in the next room not made up on 2nd day and finally a good room.

The staff was absolutely amazingly friendly and had high customer service! The location but that entire city is not a great location. The staff here is above and beyond one of the best I have ever experienced. They definitely made sure that their customers were happy and satisfied.

The hotel was nice but not safe. Not safe. I picked a better star rating hotel because I was by myself and didn't feel safe. After that man dustup my sleep at 1:00 I couldn't sleep.

Nothing. Room was very shabby. Clerk was not too friendly. This hotel was definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was old, there was construction going on. Front desk clerk was not too friendly. I've paid less at another hotel in this city and the hotel is WAY much better and I was able to eat breakfast there. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I will never stay there again.

Heated Pool and Hot Tub. No WiFi in Rooms. Restaurant only serves sandwiches. I was traveling with 3 coworkers. Upon check in 2 of the 4 rooms had not been cleaned. For these same two rooms, in the morning 1 room had no hot water pressure and 1 room the shower did not work at all. It is almost like they checked us into rooms that were not supposed to be used. That evening the two people in these bad rooms moved to remodeled rooms on the 5th floor. What a difference. These rooms were clean, everything worked and came with a 30+ inch plasma or LCD TV. This hotel says it has a restaurant. All they serve are sandwhiches. In my eyes that does not qualify as a restuarant. The bar was good. The bartender definitely makes some strong drinks. Probably the best drinks for your money anywhere in town. Problem is you have to drink in the restaurant. There is no actual bar. Also, if you are looking for WiFi in room, look elsewhere. Overall I would not pick this hotel to stay at again. We have stayed at the Residence Inn and La Posada and would much rather prefer to stay at these hotels in the future. La Posada for its charm and Residence in for its location.

Very clean and provided us with a crib. The restaurant was not open and the staff was not very helpful. The staff did not seem to provide helpful information about Laredo or business/services near the hotel. Very clean rooms and family friendly.

Very nice place to stay. Parking. Very nice place to stay with or with family. Great for business traveler. Breakfast was very good. Close to downtown and not to far from the mall.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was not very courteous. The hotel is overpriced for the type of service received. Pay the extra cash and stay at the upper end hotels in Laredo.

Our room had a balcony. Customers should be advised before purchase that entire hotel does not allow smoking. Customers should be advised that smoking rooms are not available before transaction is final, and should be offered rooms with a balcony
