Marriott can be very proud of this hotel & staff. No beverage machines on any floors. Had to go to lobby to buy drink.

We chose this hotel for our family trrip to Sesame Place, primarily for the location, price and because it was a Marriott. Maybe Marriott have lowered their standards but the Hosekeeping dept was awful. Firstly, after cleaning our room on the first day the latch was pulled across and the room was left open all day we noticed on our return (6 hours later). Luckily for us nothing was missing. The next day the a/c broke in the room (it was 86 degrees in PA) there were no maintenance persons around so we had to change rooms. The houseman came dropped new keys to the new room and left us to move everything he offered no assistance and he did not even bring us a trolley. Towels were a big issue everyday we had 3 bath towels and 2 washclothes; we booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children! If you are thinking about taking your family to Sesame Place check out the Holiday Inn Select or Ramada both were much better then the Marriott on our previous trips. You may pay a little more but for comfort this may be worth it. On a positive note the Front Desk staff were excellent at the Marriott, they were very aplogetic for the Housekeeping issues.

Indoor pool was great for kids. Exercise room fit my needs. Daily paper and small snack market was also nice. The room heater was loud, hard to hear tv over it. The hot tub didnt bubble. I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. The pool was great for the kids as well as the 24 hour small snack market in the lobby. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

The pillows were comfortable. This is a great hotel that is located near shopping, food and entertainment. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed here on Dec. 23rd and again on the 1st of Jan. Each time the room was clean and had decent pillows.

Excellent beds and pillows. No balcony. Everything was great except for the lack of a balcony and the lack of apparent signs directing us to the hotel. It could not be seen easily from the highway and as much as we looked, we found no signs indicating where the hotel was. We got lost for 2 hours and 40 minutes looking for it.

I liked the price for the size and roominess of the suite. The staff set the wrong wake up time and did not inform me of my lost keys. Except for the staff's lack of interest to do their job well, the overall experience was positive.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Can't think of one! It stood up to the Marriott reputation and name. I'm a smoker and I know that Marriott's policy now is all smoke free. I have absolutely no problem with that. But the woman at the register desk said: I can give you a room with a balcony so you can go and smoke out there. It was very kind of her.

Clean, friendly, great pool, free transport to sesame place. Business travelers might not be happy with so many kids there. little noisy from all the kids. Clean, comfortable, family oriented hotel with free shuttle to sesame place theme park, A perfect place to stay with the kids!

No microwave, and at 2pm my room still was not cleaned. Overall the hotel was family friendly. However I would have appreciated a microwave in the room and I was wondering if the hotel were going to change their televisions to the digital(flat screens). The most disappointing was the time our rooms were cleaned. cleaning staff did not get to our room until 3pm and we had to wait in the lobby for sometime for them to finish. We were out that day at 8:30am and returned at 2:30pm and the room still was not cleaned.
