When I checked out, the hotel charged my Debit card for my room rate AGAIN. Then when I brought it to their attention they tried to tell me that it was 'normal' procedure. I even have the receipt that shows $0.00 paid. I ended up talking to the General Manager to solve the situation.

Friendly staff that accommodated changing rooms at midnight. Traffic was not bad, easy on and off interstate, great place to stay overnight and I would stay there again

The overall experience here was incredible. The staff was wonderful and SO friendly! It was an amazing stay and I would come back here again!!!!

Comfortable bed and bedding. First time, had trouble finding entrance. This hotel is clean and new looking with a very good location right next to I 77 at the main Huntersville entrance. Efficient staff, indoor pool, and close restaurants are all pluses.
