Date of Stay: July, 2009

We were visiting family outside Dallas and wanted to stay somewhere not too far from airport. The hotel staff was nice. The bed was VERY comfortable and it was quiet but the neighborhood it was located in was a bit seedy and when we ventured out to find something to eat at night it was scary. I will stay at a Marriott Courtyard again but not at that one. I will be more careful in choosing a location next time.

Very quiet and clean. Its location made it easy to find. Did not find any faults. Very quiet rooms with plenty of room for multi day stay. The location was very convenient for our stay. We were planning another trip in July and will be reserving a room at this hotel.

The overall hotel is nice with a good breakfast, but the staff were unfreindly and rude. I constantly felt like I was a bother when asking questions to the hotel staff. I would not stay next time due to the hotels rude service!

HBO went out on Saturday, front desk said they could not get it repaired until Monday. My checkout time is Monday morning, so I missed my cable shows over the weekend. Poor communication at front desk, I asked if there was a resturant(there were tables in the lobby), they said no but failed to mention the ""free breakfast"" served every morning, but DID mention that several restaurants in the area would deliver. When I tried to extend my stay the price doubled

Took me about 15 mins to get the wired internet to connect; complimentary shampoo and conditioner were hard to open; coffeemaker had a tray in the coffee package that was required to make the coffee. It was just strange. The coffeemaker looked like there was something missing. I called the front desk and was told the "tray" was in the coffee package; it was, just something I was not expecting. Shower control to switch water between shower head and tub had a sharp edge on it, and it is so close to the flow knob that it hurt my finger as it ran across it. I don't mean to imply this is a bad or undesireable hotel; I just had a series of strange and undesireable things happen that dampened my enthusiasm.

It was in a good location. It didn't have a computer room. The hotel is very well built, nicely located, good access to major highways. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and always smiled.

The hotel is in like new condition. As with all Marriotts, the beds were great!There is not much to choose from as far as local restaraunts however they did have several restaraunts that deliver to the hotel. Ask the front desk for menu's if you don't want to search for something to eat.

The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. The street outside was a bit busy. I would say that the location, comfort level and overall staff just what I needed. There was shopping that was useful, places to eat and the hotel also offered facilities the we were not able to take advantage of but I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Very nice, one of the best beds I've ever slept on in a motel. I think it was like a Temprapedic type. It was a very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Will definately come back at this price.

This will be our hotel of our choice in Dallas. We purchased the added breakfast, it was well worth the extra 10 dollars for a hot breakfast. There was easy and close access on and off I-635. Free Internet access was great and bedding was very comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about this establisment!

I did not feel was in the safest part of Dallas. I was put in the handicap room where there was no mirror outside the bathroom. There was no vent fan in the bathroom.

Room was comfortable. Housekeeping was on their job bright and early. Ideal place to stay. Hotel served breakfast, but we didn't dine there. We got in late, overnight desk clerk recommended a 24hr taco and a 24 hour burger (Wata Burger, I think) joint that satisfied our needs. Shopping was real close .
