I enjoyed everything about my stay here. Parking was easy, checking in and out was non problem. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. The staff here are friendly and helpful. I was delighted to be able to access my email free of charge.

Hotel was functional w/very cooperative staff. We were here for a family wedding and the location was good. Courtyard is always reliable and consistent.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Bed was not up to other Courtyard locations where I have stayed. Very nice hotel near restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out went very well. The bed, while comfortable, did not seem to be up to the upgraded beds in other Courtyard hotels where I have stayed recently.

This hotel has undergone a major renovation in the last two months it is totally a new hotel and the update was extensive. The only thing that stayed the same was the wonderful staff southern hospitality at its best.

Check in and check out were very quick and easy. Selection of channels on TV was poor. Good for a quick business trip. Good location with plenty of places to eat very close. Also location was good.

The Front desk didn't tell us that our room was previously a smoking room, just 7 days before. The room smelled so bad. We told the lady at the front desk and her comment was that the hotel was going to under go a re-model. Don't know if I will stay there again.

Carpet in hall and in room was new. Ice machines empty, rowdy guests, unhelpful sullen maintenance man. Shabby, overcrowded.
