No free parking, bathroom not clean, area. There was mildew on bathroom tiles, no free parking, and the area was not safe. No safe place to park on street. Staff very helpful, room comfortable.

This was a nice hotel for business trips. A small gym and a lounge was a plus. You can print boarding passes in the lobby, and the shuttle will pick you up within 10 minutes when you call from the courtesy phone at Federal Circle (JFK). Patient and kind staff.

Convenient location with shuttle to JFK. Not a bar facility or open area. Stopover from night flight to connecting flight in early morning at JFK. Was clean, friendly and functional but no area for relaxing and having casual drink.

My stay here was beyond amazing. The staff was very helpful and wanted to make sure the stay was more than pleasant. The room was so comfortable, beautiful soft bed, gorgeous large bathroom, and very cool TV. Definately doesn't compare to the surrounding hotels. Valet parking in gated parking lot. Breakfast in the morning was superb. Can't go wrong with this hotel!

If you are booking for the 1st time and aren't sure...be sure. Room was great, comfy bed, pillows, chairs, BR was big w/ great tub/shower. Staff was nice and helpful. Free shuttle back/forth to JFK anytime to transportation to JFK was super!!! It was our first time to NYC. Answered all our questions. We will stay here next time as well. Only thing we thought would be helpful is more tourist brouchers. They do offer nice map for transportation into NYC. I can't say enough great things about this hotel and its staff. Bravo!!

This hotel was amazing. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in at any hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful and the airport shuttle was on time and eager to assist. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every time I have stayed at this hotel the staff from the front desk to the chamber maids have been outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay close to JFK.

The staff is outstanding and the rooms are modern and clean, free internet. Nothing not to like in my view. I stay here often - it's convenient for JFK and it's well run, clean, quiet and the staff is excellent - great customer service! Internet is free.

Good service, friendly staff and great amenities. Late in cleaning up rooms. Pretty nice Hotel for the kind of extended stay I had to do with my family. Of course, it was made possible only because Priceline matched my offer. Amenities are really good - especially for extended stay: guest laundry, fitness room, okayish internet connection.

The staffwas very friendly and helpful. Very intimate and quiet setting. Closeness to the airport and free shuttle ride was definitely a plus.
